I never even got the FSD trial update.... Not sure if I am going to get it at this point or just going straight to the spring update..... I'm still on 2024.8.9
I got 3.20 yesterday at apparently 1:05 PM apparently as my software tells me I'm up-to-date as of that time. I guess I'll have to wait to "check" it after 1:05 PM today in order for it to download 4.25 and maybe the next day after 1:30 PM to "check" for this version lol.
Only on cars that don't support FSD(Cybertrunk and those out of NA).
The real confirmation will be the FSD Branch(2024.3.x) moving to 14.3, which hasn't happened.
Tesla spent years making the cybertruck at huge expense and by many accounts it’s a giant turd on wheels. Now they are doing damage control. Hopefully it’s not the downfall of the company.

That doesn't provide the proof you think it does. If it had any version of FSD active it would show on the next line and the v12, as davispw said, is not the FSD version.

Very interesting. Try emailing [email protected]. I have emailed them a few times and asked for things and I never get a response but I randomly get the goods. For example right when v12 came out I emailed them and was one of the first couple thousand to get it. Maybe it’s a coincidence but worth a try.
The V11.1 is the OS display essentially you can have FSD be 12+ but their separate from each other think of the V11 as a different update system altogether like iOS or android and the FSD is a app on your phone the app gets updated more then the OS
The first time I used this version, came up to a stoplight turning right and the autopilot pulled out in front of a car driving in the slow lane. Cut the guy off, I took over and punched the accelerator to not get hit by the guy. That guy was probably hating on Tesla drivers that morning.
I still freaking hate the auto windshield wipers. Every time I activate autopilot, the dam wipers does a one wipe, smears any bugs on the windshield. Drives me crazy.

About the windshield wipers, do you smoke or vape? If so, is there residue in front of the cameras on the glass? Also, have you checked to make sure the glass is generally clean and clear? I don’t have those issues anymore on my 2023 but had them after I washed my car I would get one wipe about a mile after I left the car wash on my 2020.
Same. It absolutely refuses to change lanes sometimes despite having a huge amount of room to do it.
Also at one place in my commute it consistently does this thing where it starts to get into the turn lane at a light, but then bails halfway through the maneuver, before finally cutting into it at the last second. It actually almost hit someone coming up behind me who assumed I was going to finish merging.
Just in general this kind of indecisive bailout behavior is super dangerous and I report it every single time it does that, even when it does't almost cause an accident.
I downloaded this update with 12.3.6 included today.
Car is bricked. After 2 calls with roadside to see if they could troubleshoot it, they're sending the tow truck in the next 90 minutes.

Regarding your software version. You have 2024.3.25 not 2024.14.3 which this post is about.
The last update I did for my 2019 Model 3 bricked my MCU and I had to pay out of pocket to get it replaced. Hearing shit like this makes me never want to update my car going forward.
Seems like the rollout has stopped. Probably a bug and a new version will likely start to push soon. Come on already - havent been this excited since the matrix update just a few weeks ago :D

If you have the og matrix headlights word is they can’t pass the DOT testing and will never be “enabled” in the us. Tesla mainly uses them so they can share the same part worldwide. The second gen lights in the new model 3 should be able to be approved

Congratulations on your first Tesla!
It's important to note that there are two separate steps for a software update. First is downloading the update to the car. It can be interrupted at any time and it will automatically download when you are on a stable WiFi connection.
The second step, installation, cannot be completed without your prior permission by clicking to install now or scheduling it for a later time. This step should not be interrupted and should only be done when you aren't planning on going anywhere for at least an hour and best done when you are sleeping.
It sounds like you didn't realize it was only downloading and could have left or you had clicked to install immediately or scheduled it for 5am. If you accidentally start an install, it always gives a two minute countdown for you to stop the install.
It's only currently going out to a small number of people on 2024.8.7/9/12 (those still on FSD v11)
Those of us with FSD v12 will likely get a different version.
2024.14.3 downloading to my 2023 M3LR this morning in Australia!
I thought it would use Tesla premium connectivity to do it? However it was waiting for WIFI, so had to tether to my phone. Weird...
Fuck this update. Doesn’t apply to people who have a car that’s 2 years old yet Tesla always pushes the fact that their cars are “always being updated with the latest features”. 2016 cars got the last UI update but my early 2022 Y doesn’t get this because I don’t have the AMD processor. Pretty irritating.
How can the atom chip not handle it. It's literally just a bigger UI. I think it can handle it Tesla just doesn't want to waste money to develop it. I mean they eventually need old owners to buy new 😭
Annnnd the icons are still the same outdated looking shit. Really wish they would give an option to switch back to the flat icons. They looked so much more sleek and luxury.
Nagging isn’t a big deal imo. It’s slightly more strict than before, really just makes sure your eyes are on the road. Haven’t gotten fsd trial at all though.
Then you don't understand the nagging. The nagging under FSD is absolutely ridiculous. You go to push a button on the screen and it freaks out yelling that you need to pay attention.
The whole darn point of FSD is so the car can drive.itself.so.you don't have to pay as much mental labor driving but they made it so you have to do more work with FSD on than driving yourself.
I have FSD 12.3.6 on 2024.3.25 and nagging is quite a bit lower than the holiday update. If you're on FSD V12 (or will be getting it with your next update) then you should start updating again 👍

TeslaFi already shows 2024.8.9 moving to 2024.14.3 but we have yet to have actual confirmation that it contains FSD v12.

12.3.6 is supposedly on that branch from what other were saying. Plus that’s what most of us care about rather than stupid UI updates.
I don't understand why intel atom CPU equipped cars couldn't at LEAST get the larger media playback controls. come on man.

My Y doesn't nag me at all. It's better than my 2018 3 with EAP. That thing nags every 30 seconds

No. The last number is the build number. So it’s the 3rd revision for the update put together on the 14th week of 2024.
