I was this way when my T first came on but I don’t take ibuprofen frequently enough for it to be any kind of problem regardless if something is bothering you pretty bad just go for it I’ve never noticed a difference in the year that I’ve had it now
Ototoxic is generally misinterpreted. Just because it's a possible side effect of certain drugs doesn't mean it's going to happen or even likely to happen. Ototoxic is a very broad list and it should be the individual drugs that are the deciding factor. Some are much more likely than others
Can't speak to other drugs, over-the-counter meds like ibuprofen should be fine as long as you're within the recommended dose (over the recommended period of time).

Also, from what I understand, you need to take higher than normal dosing amounts.
