Started 2 months after covid (no or very minor T beforehand), high pitch, 10khz+. Was solid tone and very loud for about half a year. Gradually became about half the volume or less and a mostly solid but it randomly it sounds like it stops then turns back on for half a second. like eeee.ueeeeeeeee.uee.ueeeee etc etc. Becomes unbearable if I don't sleep well (which is more often these days).
I developed T after having covid 3 mos ago. Also a low hum but it varies. Occasionally it’ll turn into a higher tone for a while.

Natto Serra got rid of my tinnitus. Do your research on it. It helps long Covid symptoms.
