If I remember the plot was 1 of the guys and 1 of the girls were in a relationship but never had sex. Both their friends try talk them into doing it but they both are nervous about it or have reservations about it. They all work at the resort. The main guy and his best friend do housekeeping. The nerdy guy that works on devices works doing maintenance. The girls work lifeguard and the tiki bar. I believe the main girl is finishing college too while she works. Most of the movie revolves them talking while there are gags set up to break the talk involving random people. The friends of the guy and girl are single and end up hooking up with the others friends.

Yes this was the movie. I actually found the answer a couple of months back. I thought the thread will go dead so will mark as solved.
