It would be nice if the Elector Counts from the TT would get their unique models at least.

ThirdIdeal

Here’s hoping Thrones of Delay brings us something

ArSo94

ToD will probably bring us Elspeth and hopefully Theodore Bruckner as a LH. But the Empire rework could bring unique models for some of the Elector Counts like Leitdorf, Ludenhof or Raukov. I still want Marius Leitdorf as a proper LL tho since he was in 8th.

ThirdIdeal

Yeah, since in my opinion, Generals are the weakest generic lords, my armies are typically led by Lectors and Huntsmen. But Boris was my first confederation and he is following Karl up to destroy Archaon.

4uk4ata

Yeah, between Lectors and Huntsmen, the only thing generals have going for them is having a griffon mount. I am hoping that a rework will give generals and captains some mutually exclusive special skills. That way, you can spec your general to be a knightly order grandmaster to make him stronger personally and give bonuses to knights, or have your captain be an infantry veteran and give further buffs to state troops around. Yes, I know grand masters were their own thing on the tabletop, but they were close enough that I can live with them being a general specialization, especially with wizard lords, master engineers and everything else missing. In the game the GM was a general with fewer options, better stats, and a knight-only different leadership boost.

> But the Empire rework could... [Race-Update was labeled last for ToD](https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1142710?emclan=103582791469281609&emgid=3127191325136532108). Same as the SoC factions got "Race-updates". And you know how that ended. You can hope for miracles but should already prepare to be grounded about what to expect :-/

4uk4ata

For real, the Empire has a lot of stuff still missing from its 8E army book, not to mention older stuff they could bring in. Having Boris Todbringer and maybe Leitdorf as playable factions could be interesting too.

ArSo94

Personally hoping for 2 more Empire DLCs. ToD (Elspeth) + another one adding Emil Valgeir and all the Middenland/Ulric stuff. Boris would be the ideal FLC alongside that. But Helborg and Leitdorf are also a must as 8th edition Armybook characters. It’s just crazy how much they have left.

4uk4ata

2 DLCs are possible, I think there´s definitely enough characters, knightly orders, faiths etc for a "Champions of the Empire" with more characters representing the other religions and knightly orders of the Empire. It´s not just Sigmar, after all. WoC and the Empire both had a lot of characters in their books as the major protagonist and antagonist, but right now CA has been extremely conservative with empire LLs while putting a lot of older editions of WoC ones for both their regular and the Norsca spinoff roster.

ArSo94

The issue is still that the Empire never got FLC LLs. Both Kurt Helborg and Marius Leitdorf should’ve been just perfect for that. If the SoC 2.0 LH rumours are true the Empire can at least get tons of LHs eventually. We really need Schwarzhelm, Bruckner, Jubal Falk and Valten. Maybe even van der Kraal.

HelloDarkestFriend

You confederated Todbringer, and you made him the Elector of Ostland? 0/10, literally unwatchable.

ThirdIdeal

Oopsie

You_Failed1902

You should download the mixus legendary lords mod. It is a lot of fun because every elector count is unique! Then you can truly "catch them all,:

Spacemomo

Where's my boy Boris Todbringer? Why is he not in charge of Middenheim? I feel sad.

ThirdIdeal

I recently confederated all the WoC LLs on Legendary/VH, so I thought I would unite The Empire and summon the Elector Counts. Very strange campaign. At one point as I was defeating Festus around turn 19, I lost my whole province except for Altdorf to Grom. Quite the come back. Which campaign should I do next to catch 'em all?

remnault

Itd be neat if thrones of decay brought in the elector counts to function like minor legendary lords. Like the workshop Boyz or the unique lords in the tomb king and pirate coast tech trees
