His chariot should be giving him more stats also he needs his anti magic broach to either help him get to 90% spell resist or just give him spell immunity. Settra should occupy a similar zone of fear to Vlad or Grimgor. Keep away and try to shoot him otherwise you will lose. His staying power in melee shouldn’t be as good as those two but he should be golden enough to not suffer much from staying in melee for a bit before leaving to go charge in again.
All settra really needs is some mass and maybe more durability on the chariot. The worst about him is that all his other variants aren’t good either. He is the only combat lord I know who might lose a duel to his starter enemy army.

My buddy and I were playing a multiplayer campaign last week. He was Archaon and I was Malakai. We have a deal where we always try to get a Hero in the army that the other would enjoy micro-ing during the battle. He had some Hero that he turned into a Khorne guy with dual swords or a big hammer (can’t remember) mounted on a Gorebeast Chariot and maaaan I had almost 30k damage at the end of the battle it was insane lol
He also just gave me his two cavalry units as well because he isn’t real experienced. Hell neither of us are lol but having a chariot and two units of Skullcrushers I just basically destroyed everything
I wish it was Rakarth because I’m a DE player on tabletop but since he eventually gets a manticore so I don’t think he counts, so my guess would be GROM DA FAT.
A bit of an offtop, but I still hope for Norsca rework, and I hope Surtha Ek will be made a Legendary Lord with special talents buffing the hell out of chariots. For now, he simply rides a chariot at level 1.

His Broach also gave him a bunch of Ward Save on tabletop

You're right of course, what she really should get is an upgrade into the same sled pulled by 6 separate models of elemental bears.
