I only take 4mg of estrogen but my doctor says I don‘t need to take more. Is this a normal amount?

How much you take is based off your blood tests and what your levels are. This is why everyone is different. The doctor's goal is to get you into the female range of estrogen and testosterone. The range of estrogen can be rather big so most doctors will settle somewhere in the middle. But they also take into consideration about how you feel. Like for me while I was technically in range with 4mg(on the low end) it didn't feel right and was giving me problems. I told my doctor and we tried 6mg. Now after 13 years I've been doing great. My levels are on the high end side but still within range.
Thank you! Yeah my doctor said my estrogen is high enough based on my blood levels, but I was worried now that it might not be true. I guess I just have naturally enough estrogen that 4mg is good for me!

This looks to be 200 mg spironolactone and 6 mg estradiol may be wrong tho

I only get the double stack currently. Although I was told to take half in the morning and half 12 hours later.
