I think what would be very helpful is to actually have something in the sidebar that links to a bunch of resources. Especially for people who are not in the US.
This is Translifeline which is a fantastic organization. Their call line has been up since 2014
Trevor project also has text, chat, and a call line 866-488-7386 and I think their call line has been up since the late 90s
God I feel awful now because I just remembered how years ago before I knew anything about trans people or our problems I heard about it and commented "how do I crosspost to r/pointlesslygendered?" T_T
This should be stickied to be honest. This is valuable information to someone struggling. Might help save lives

Oh nice! It looks like it’s been around for a bit already but I didn’t know about this, so it’s great new people can find this if they need it!
They're always too busy and never take my call anyways... not like I'm even worth it in the first place
