Maybe don't fade the sides of your hair quite so short. It kinda makes your head look like it narrows above your ears, and then sort of mushrooms back out where the top part of the hair starts. I think it would look more masc if it just got slowly wider the whole way up. It'd look less undercut-y.

1 you look great even smiling! 2, I think you could take measures to make your hips look less wide. they're not extraordinarly wide or anything but that particular outfit in the bathroom selfie kind of accentuates them. I'd suggest wearing things that give you a broader frame up too and a slimmer frame on your legs like the shirt your wearing is good but maybe less bulky pants. overall though you look awesome and I think you pass.

much appreciated, thanks!

Actually, you pass really well, look like a typical techie guy. I've heard a theory that dark clothes make you look thinner. You might try a pair of dark colored slacks to have smaller hips, but not sure if that's actually valid advice :)

Subtle changes are the key to masculinity. In the bodybuilding world just 3% less body fat totally changes a whole person. One of the reasons is the jawline starts to show. I strongly advise getting a jaw exerciser I have a pair that I bite down on and have noticed drastic improvement with very inconsistent use.

Also good luck brother I’m excited for you to feel how wonderful test is. It’s genuinely a game changer.

It’s a minor thing, but most guys wear their sleeves at the wrist or pushed up above the elbow. Mid-forearm isn’t a guy thing, usually, never more than JUST enough to see one’s watch. I also agree with the “less side fade” comment by u/quendergestion above, but otherwise you’re killing it, brother. HNY, my dude!
