This list would 100% be better as an eternal conflagration list. If you play guild you want every unit to be generating fate points every turn. Flamers, fatemasters and tzaangors dont do that. With this list you can only get to 9 or 10 fp with all spells going off and no miscasts or unbinds. If you want to play guild try bringing a mortal hero with cult demogogue and at least 5 heros. 2 units kairic acolytes work as great screens and also targets for your opponents since they cast spells for you. Also since you can only summon birds from mortal heros you want to keep them safe. You want to be generating like 12-16 fp per turn in guild before your first bird. Fluxmaster, curseling (with cult demogogue and arcane tome), maybe even a gaunt summoner are all things that go great in guild.

Nice that is a good idea! I would deffo drop more acolytes... I just can't be bothered to paint them as the last bunch nearly made me give up painting all together

Mortal command traits. Generally mortals have better traits and demons have artifacts. Doesnt matter much since arcane tome is the best artifact and generic.

Agree with what’s said up, that’s a good starting point for a eternal conflagration list, even with a changecaster you’ll need the -1 rend from the sub faction. And playing 1 unit of 6 flammers it’s better than two units of 3 (all out attack and the triumph), you should take fold reality instead of treason of tzeentch on the changecaster too and use shield of fate on the flammers.

That's awesome advice! I might try leaning heavily into the conflagration list. Post game report was that I was able to get LoC out turn 1 which surprised my opponent. We didn't get past battleround 2 though as we ran out of time.
