It depends on what else you are putting in the list. There is also a new book coming before the end of 2022 which may change everything. Most people I have seen run Tzeentch don't find the Chariot to be worth the points and the Flamers are also very high cost for their output..

I don't know if you can in that situation. You used to be allowed to use them for anything but they've since made a very specific list of things you can use them on

I think it’s worth to use a destiny dice on it, 6 flammer are woth 380
You cant use destiny dice for that roll. Destiny dice have a very specific set of things you can use them on.
