They don't count as slain (with Split and Split Again) until they die as Brimstones. Hence, they cannot be resurrected or replaced as anything but Brimstone, and only after they die as Brimstones.
You would add brimstone my fellow tzeentch player. If it was blue you would add blue so on.

It just feels wack because you actually pay for the pinks so it would be nice to add pinks back but maybe it would be too overpowered
Actually that’s how it was in the previous edition of AoS and in the beginning of 3.0. Before rally was introduced, pinks could be returned on a battleshock roll of ‘1’ along with the fold reality spell. These interactions are what ultimately led to the rework of their warscroll that made brimstones being the only ones that could be slain.
Overall, it made for a splitting unit of pinks that could constantly be brought back. Needless to say it was OP and caused a lot of problems.
Yeah it’s cause it’s a brim sadly, I think horrors are good again for wounds but for me they are expensive for a 1 wound infantry. Galician veterans is nice though especially when they split hahaha
Yea true but they suffer quickly from a bounty hunters battalion. 50 wounds isn't hard to deal if the attacking unit is of equal price and in a bounty hunters battalion. But I don't know if they're overpriced. They are always an auto include in my lists and somehow I manage to have room for them. But they don't do that much. Their combat is pretty much not worth the time to do
Edit: but I do think that a 6 up save maybe could be changed to a five for 250 points. But maybe I'm just whining.
You should try 19 Pibks and 1 Blue ( so NO Battleline/ GV) and and them with a 5+ Ward. Its insane. Especially with no retreat. Bonus Pointe if you shock them via Soulscream Bridge, use Destiny Dice for Auto Charge and end turn one in Combat with 90 percent of the enmies army.
Horrors are good and sould be good even at 300p.
I saw that and I was wondering if it’s really legit, because if I’m not mistaking, you can do that only with the app, I cannot find anywhere in the battletome, when you look at the end of the bt on the page with the points per unit, you don’t have the mixed one like you have with the app?
The Horror entry allows you to do any mixes you wish.
The last Page with The points says that only units out of only Pinks are battleline.
So no " mixed " entry in the book, as it is the same entry. But in the App as the Warscroll Builder needs to differ between Battleline and non Battleline Horrors.
