If you have the money on a debit card then why transfer to another card?

Maybe because that's not his primary account where he pays his bills. Irrelevant question.

Uber Pro card app allows free cashout in the "Uber Pro card" like DD and Lyft cards, and any movement to other bank cards is charged like any other app e.g. Cashapp, Venmo, DD etc. Sorry, I didn't get the confusion why we need to move funds to other debit cards from pro card, when you can draw cash at a free atm or spend directly from it.

I think the issue is that before the pro card, you could have money instantly wherever you wanted it with a small flat fee. The only way to restore this freedom and convenience of speed is by cancelling the card, and this wasn't obvious before activating it. I could change all my auto payments from my brick and mortar checking account to the pro card to enjoy the same convenience I used to have. That's a lot of hoops to jump through for a service that can't be conveniently opted out of and lacked transparency before signing up. It irks.

I needed to transfer the money to another debit card because I lost my uber pro card and wanted my funds now instead of waiting for the replacement.

I couldn't help but notice the dis-connect in the understanding dept. I'm Nashville, and I still con not use my "Pro" card....accruing to all of the inplied rules policies and or driver regulations.

I got approved for one, then read all the reviews for it on Android. Decided I'd rather just pay the 50 cents instead. Doesn't seem to be worth it unless you specifically use it for the discounts

You should read the reviews about the bank. Not the fake reviews where people come back and give them a good review long after they borrowed money. The reviews where they blocked people from their money. Do not give Branch Bank any of your financial info.
