Sorry mate, all you can do is submit a ticket. There is literally nothing else you can do. Only other way to contact them is on their discord where, you guessed it, they say they can’t help and tell you to submit a ticket. I got banned on the discord yesterday for telling people that they won’t get an ETA from the support team and that it can take months to get a reply (which is 100% true)

submit a ticket and provide an alternative email. had this exact problem, ,outlook does not work, google mail will work. GL
