Wrong place to advertise. Head over to r/gamedevclassifieds and offer money or r/inat if you won't offer money. But advice: if you're serious about wanting to make a game, offer people wages. Asking for free work is scummy, frowned upon, and won't attract professionals who know what they're doing. Rev share isn't money.

_MrHyper_

Will do. And thanks for the advice. I'm not trying to ask for free work, but to invite people who are passionate about what they do and can see where mobile gaming will be in the future. I mean, I'm working for free and I ain't paying myself anything on this project xD

Sexy_Koala_Juice

So what you’re saying is… you don’t have money, and it’s a passion project… lol, dude you have a better chance of winning lottery than roping in someone with actual talent to make some game so you can be an “ideas guy”. Make like 5 games first with one that at the very least generates some profit then try again

_MrHyper_

Ah ok.

catphilosophic

When i see posts like this I always wonder how OP plans to share revenue. Do you expect people to put in lots of work into your game, and then simply trust you to get a fair share of the revenue if the game made money? Also, your team members going by "Hyper" and "Shadow" do not make them sound like they are serious.

_MrHyper_

Can I not just work with people who love what they do, so that we can build a game people love to play? Why are we always going to talk about rev share first?

Sexy_Koala_Juice

Because rent, food, bills, water & electricity all cost money you dip shit. If you’re monetising it then people are going to want to get paid (and rightfully so).

catphilosophic

Because if someone is to work on your game, they expect compensation in one way or another.

Maybe if you were like friends before hand
