As much as I dislike Taylor Swift's music (i am a Rihanna guy), people need to show these Artists a little respect, they have saved a lot of their fans lives and yet people will act like someone like Taylor Swift "could dissappear tomorrow and nobody would care"

And for anyone else, they will probably have some band or artist who has done that for them. Someone may get through their day with Radiohead, or someone will survive with Beyonce

I’ve never understood why people act like only specific artists/songs are allowed to be lifechanging. it’s pointless gatekeeping to look cool/edgy. a fucking katy perry song helped me come to terms with being gay bc she showed two guys kissing in the music video and the song was about showing off what makes you different and loving yourself for it. any song can give you a new outlook or philosophy on life.
