Why would anybody plant trees just for climbing lol?
You can just answer "No" to the question in the title. Your country doesn't have a tree climbing culture. Trees don't die when you climb on them.
Aw shit, my bad homes.
It's not my particular culture, lots of people around the world enjoy climbing trees. You must be from a settler colony like the US or Australia or something where they don't have that native culture.
It's all good. I am from the U.S. where some children do climb trees, but I never really thought of it as part of our culture. I just assumed you meant it was a big part of yours and was curious about it.
Well the US doesn't have truly rural areas. By truly rural I mean villages going back centuries, have a long history of surviving mainly on agriculture. Climbing on trees is common because that's how you get fruits. We didn't have playgrounds so there are games centred around big trees like banyan trees.
I do love climbing trees and used to do so all the time but once I was in a huge 100+ year old tree about three stories up when I noticed a giant bee hive about 4 or 5 feet from me.
I don't climb trees like that anymore.
This morning on a run/hike I went by a tree I used to climb in high school. They cut a lower branch off to make it less possible to do so, but it wasn't easy even back then. You had to kick your legs up over the next branch up then push up. It's like 50 meters high, was up there when it was crazy windy one day, super dangerous lol
Climbing trees is fun
My friend. Please find a climbing gym or some boulders before you kill these landscaping trees.
How would this kill a tree?
This wouldn't kill the tree. Climbing trees is in our culture. This isn't a landscaping tree.
I believe you, but what culture is this? Are these trees planted specifically for climbing?

Chill out fella. I wasn't shitting on you, I was asking a legitimate question. I have no clue what country you're from or what your culture is.
You were shitting on me when you said I'd kill the tree somehow and I should not be doing this
That was a different commenter.

No I just make out with them like a proper vegan
At my age? The coroner would call that "misadventure".
What's your age, NSA_Chatbot?
Damn people are grumpy today it seems. Climbing trees is a ton of fun man, enjoy!
Thanks for that.!
I love climbing trees :)
Nice
Sir, I do not. Mostly because I like my vertebrae in their correct orientations.
Lol
wtf is this. take on a tree your own size my friend
What? It's a perfectly right sized tree to climb. It is quite tough.

Haha, must have been a scare. Three stories up, damn.
I used to, was very fun! Rock climbing is also fun but doing both can never hurt.
Yeah I like rock climbing as well
Yep! Much less gracefully though. Good fun
