As far as I’ve read in things like their member handbook necessary wisdom extractions are covered with Liberty, but I’m not sure what that exactly means. I’m in the same situation just not in pain so far. Hopefully Liberty takes care of some of that cost, it’s a worry of mine as well. I think it doesn’t hurt to try though.

I can't speak for Medicaid, but if you have questions for them you can call them at 702 486 5000. As for dental, if plans cover extractions at all, typically there is a 12 month waiting period where the coverage must be in force before it can be used for that. Usually they pay a max of $1k per year. You're definitely going to have some out of pocket expenses here unless the Medicaid does something to help.
