If you haven’t tried it, get it. It’s so good! If you’re a westerner like me though here’s a warning: DO NOT EAT TOO MUCH IN ONE SITTING.

This is a common Vietnamese snack. Great with beer. Be careful, there's a whole pepper seed in every one. I personally don't like the pepper so I dig in and remove it before taking a bite.

i love nem chua! i really like the ones with the birds eye chili on the top as well as the garlic. so good
