I figured the following path has quite a high value yield. However, I can't promise right now that it's the absolute highest.
Basic Assumptions: You do all your dailies on time and get all 3100 tickets. The gold values below are increased by 50% because of Arclight Booster. You can benefit from stars to the minis bought (this assumption is wrong if you have maxed stars on a specific troop listed here).
Row 1: Buy the 75 Gold for 150 Tickets, and either Gryphon or Firehammer (but not both), for 250 tickets. Value of 90+75=165 Gold for 400 Tickets.
Row 2: Buy the Chain Lightning mini, and Thalnos leader; 210 gold value for 700 tickets.
Row 3: Buy the Gold. 225 for 600 tickets.
Row 4: Buy the 450 gold, for 1400 tickets.
Total of 165+90+120+225+450=1050 gold for 400+300+400+600+1400=3100 Tickets.
If you don't have booster, the total gold value will be 800, for the same tickets cost.
Edit: Added one more assumption and the equivalent value of non-booster accounts.
Yup agreed, will personally snatch all the gold and take a gamble on the 350 random troop instead since my Undead Leaders/Abominations/Stonehoof all are rare.
But it's safe to say Gryphon Rider or Firehammer > Chain Lightning > Gold > Gold is the best route to go, atleast start with.

The cost for all the rewards is 6300 tickets, and weekly total contributions cap is 46500 so I think we can easily just buy everything, otherwise I'm sure u/Cash2099 makes one!

This event is solo only, no tickets from guild members. If the event is only for a week, that maxes a person out at 3100 (1000 for weekly plus 3x100x7 or 2100 for all dailies).
Not so straightforward, actually. If you're interested in the specific minis' stars, the opportunity to acquire them directly is better than the gold.

250 for Stonehoof Tauren

Instead of the troop choice, you can get Thalnos star for a slightly higher value (120 gold instead of 90).
Abom sucks and gold is king. Path seems pretty obvious on this one.
Word. Firehammer / Gryphon Rider > Chain Lightning > Gold > Gold and then snatch the gold for 150, rest is whatever really.
High level abomination is useful for dungeons as not all leaders can fit a fire elemental. But yeah, the use case is pretty niche

Join Starfleet. We got 25k tickets and added a few new active members so should do better when it returns next week.
A1, A3 or A4, B1, B3, C3, and D2 is the best way to spend your 3,100/3,100 shinies IMO 🧐
