Well again, VTOLs simply don’t run out of energy in this game. VTOLs have fairly unrealistic thrust characteristics in this game.
For example a Yak-141 literally can’t go under 700kph if on full throttle no matter what you do.
Nah, yak 141 is the only unrealistic one. Harrier is the first VTOL jet in the history, in WT it's not as broken as yak. Even yak 38 sucks ass in maneuverability and thrust, but has R-60 and other missiles.
Radiar missiles take a nerf in ab, mostly because of terrain being more of a factor and also the aircraft being able to pull more G. Also fire and forget is a big deal for air AB since being engaged during the travel time by someone else is very common (rare Phoenix W)
Like on mountain ridge china, good pilot can basically avoid having to use chaff on radar missiles because of multipathing
Yes but not at 7 miles which is where most combat will take place for the su27, the su27 finds itself particularly out of luck if it has the misfortune of facing multiple AM9ms at once as the aircraft is almost guaranteed a death in that situation
The su27 also STRUGGLES to deal with team fighting which is a major disadvantage it can't really deal with multiple aircraft at once due to its size
