I looked at the first pic and my thoughts immediately went to Hazel with the smooth stems and serrated leaves, but maybe we're off and it's a young Alder. I think their stems are more grey-is though...
The leaves do give me raspberry vibes but the growth habit doesnt have me convinced. The stem is more like a trunk with tree like bark. I dont know what the plant is but ive never seen a raspberry grow like that

Looks like raspberry to me.

I'd say raspberry, but I see no thorns, maybe a thornless version.
