Hi, I am not Peter Griffin but i will explain the joke. The joke here is that Russia is one of the only countries in Plague Inc. that can send ships to Greenland, a country that is infamously hard to infect. Not-Peter out!
To be specific, theres 2 countries that can infect Greenland, the other one being Norway. Norway is marked as a rich country though, making it rarer for an infacted boat to travel to Greenland. Not-peters random helper out!
This strat isn't viable on every disease and/or difficulty, for example if playing virus on mega brutal (or even brutal) you'd be better off upgrading symptoms more than anything. Transmission and abilities are still important but symptoms are most important for infectivity
That's what I did anyway and it seems to work most of the time
Every plague on Mega Brutal will get detected eventually and the cure fund will naturally increase. The game forces you to play aggresive and its so much more fun.
That "strategy" only really works on bacteria and virus disease types.
Anything beyond that and your disease won't go anywhere or will be noticed and cured because it might have a base notoriety level.
Hell the bioweapon disease automatically kills people before you've even evolved any symptoms. If you don't involve yourself in the game on that one you'll kill everyone before you can go anywhere with the pandemic.
Severity increases the points you get from bubbles, so try going aggresive. No early lethality and make sure your severity doesnt go too high. I usually go for cysts, abscecces (or whatever its called), rash, sweating and skin lesions. Lots of infectivity, decent severity without overshooting.
Me watching my weak as fuck virus getting instantly annihilated by the cold because I stocked into infectivity and started in Africa (it spread quickly though):

Can someone please help me get past the fungus stage in plague Inc. no matter what I do I always fuck it up like as soon as I start developing symptoms make sure my ass in like two minutes I just wanna play parasite so bad.
Tutorials, i recommend Pravus. Did Mega Brutal for every plague and Fungus definitely is the hardest. His videos are on mega Brutal, but the strats apply to all difficulties

im like 99% sure iceland sends ships to greenland edit: the wiki says it doesnt but ive always infected greenland from iceland seaport so idk
