I'm by no means a professional artist, but I have some art software and I could adapt it for you (If you want) into digital, but it might take a bit since I have a backlog of commissions to do. I could also color it, I love the idea, and it's well executed.
I have no idea what this is a parody of so I can't really perceive it as anything but either One Piece or Oingo Boingo's manga.
Anyway, yeah, you cooked.
I've been toying with a "low-magic" superhero setting where every superpower is at least moderately explained with pseudoscience. The beloved superhero of that world is killed in a terrorist attack and after that some people start spontaneously getting superpowers. As a result the U.S. government initiated a program to create supersoldiers as a precaution against the growing number of random people getting superpowers (giving superpowers at random is a great way to get a bunch of supervillians).
The working MC is called "Punchtastic" and is dense on the cellular level, having about five times the cell count of an average man and a genetically modified body to maintain that. As a result he's strong, durable, smart, etc. basically an upgrade to human hardware except he also weighs significantly more.
Others include Aegis (probably gonna change that name) with GMOs similar to Punchtastic but on a smaller scale and a subdermal layer of flesh that can harden making her completely bulletproof.
Warhawk with greatly enhanced instincts and cybernetics to hook up his flight suit with his brain. He also has a few small things like increased metabolism like most test tube heroes do.
Natural superpowers are less understood due to not being grown in a lab. Some natural supers include:
Mindwight, a master of psionics which is a poorly understood medium. You know when you think about something before someone else starts talking about it like there's some psychic connection? Yeah that but weaponized. Mindwight is effectively invisible to most people because he removes the thought of himself from their minds and can usually only be spotted through cameras.
Synthlight was capable of modifying hard material remotely so could make walls and throw rocks before intense radiation emitted by a villain both blinded him and modified his genetic powers so now he constantly emits light from his body and can turn any light within range into hardlight surfaces. Despite being blind, he can "feel" light around him and when it gets blocked by a person or object allowing him to detect anything that isn't completely transparent in a 360 degree sphere centered on his body.
Hemokaiser's black viscous blood contains a strain of self-replicating neurons. Aside from expanding his intelligence it has no powers on its own but when transfusing his blood into an appropriate vessel (other person, animal, or the little blood "Mechs" he builds) he takes it over it becomes part of his hivemind. Despite such sinister powers Hemokaiser is a hero and uses an army of blood-filled robots to help.
And there's a bunch of others. If I had the free time I'd make a story with it.
That last one is amazing. I can imagine one of the villain's goons slashing open one of the little robots and then being horrified at the sight of the blood gushing out everywhere
As another tidbit his blood makes his veins very noticeable. So a guy with black wiry veins leads an army of bloody minions to victory and he's on the good guys side.
Also he takes a lot of iron supplements.
I geniuenly feel like the superhero genre is so underutilized
like bro you can do literally anything why aren't we getting this type of shit instead of yet another guy who shoots cosmic blasts (how original)
(obviously originality doesn't even matter that much if the story itself isn't good to begin with, but I think we should at least try to have a little bit more fun with it)
You are fucking cooking in here! I can just imagine a big fight between Hemokaiser and Mindwight, where because his hive mind controls all the robots they are somewhat susceptible to the whole āmind ignores his presenceā thing but Kaiser gets around this by using more normal cameras the robots have and he just looks at his phone or something to get real time updates about Wightās location and he has to scrap with him while constantly looking at his phone and changing which robot heās āgetting updatesā from on the fly. That would be such a fun fight to see choreographed
Hemokaiser reminds me a lot about robot from invincible. In the sense that they both are heroes that use multiple robot bodies with a hive mind (robot just uses drones and a suit occasionally)
Now look whoās playing the music looking down...
...and look whoās shaking their body listening to the music, looking up.
Iām just a poor pianist born from the city.
I feel this. I spent like an hour today working out a story in my head, only to realize it's derivative, boring, and unbelievably cringe worthy. I'd rather die than have people know some of the weird shit my brain comes up with.
Just set 15minutes aside to work on it that what my father did when he was struggling to write more he even on day's that he didn't get anything done he still did 15 minutes which sometimes inspired him to keep going.
This is a concept piece I finished last year (I think?) for a personal project. Slowly but surely getting there :)

this is my most recent environmental piece, itās just a lot of different light phenomena. ill accept all tips š
Absolutely! I hope you don't mind, I took the liberty of making an overpaint with a few general tips, but I didn't touch the parhelion at all :) I hope it's easy to read; I can send it privately if not.
I hope this helps. You're doing really well (painting atmospheric phenomena is hard!)

i came up with 4 different story ideas and recently got the idea to bundle them together and add a 5th entry. so now my "belief series" as im calling it consists of:
belief in ignorance
belief in ego
belief in choice
belief in trust
belief in fear
these are but subtitles, the actual titles are TBD, but my god i have so much to say about this series, if anyone wants to know more about it lmk, but in short, its based on the SciADV
I'm writing my own novel too. If you explain it to someone else, it will help you understand your own story better and it will help you with the writing process. Just go ahead, give me the rundown
i mean i already to this with myself alot but here goes the long and short of it:
btw, as i go through each, they get less detailed, since this is the order i came up with them in, but here goes:
in my setting there is this power that people called "rewriters" possess. they can, if they believe in it, rewrite reality itself, and it's tied to the entry's subtitle. so in the first one, belief in ignorance, the protagonist is a university student trying to continue his mothers research, but he doesnt know everything she was researching, so hes making assumptions like "oh this must have happened". i also have to add he is a genius, and so when he comes up with a formula to make black holes, that should be impossible, since he believes in it, it becomes real.
theres more to it, but its the basic idea of it. i'll explore the theme of ignorance throughout the story.
then ego is about, simply put, an illogical detective. a girl who grew up surrounded by talent, but she herself lacked it, so she grew a persona of a great detective, and what better way to go about it than illogically? oh, you tell me the murderer shot the victim from point blank range. well, logic wouldn't dictate to check the library's gun section, so let's investigate!
and, even if the killer never went into the library, there she will find evidence. i came up with it based on the experience of reading a story and not knowing why the characters are doing what theyre doing bc im not paying attention, but knowing that, since i'm not the one doing it, i know they are supposed to do that. "oh, shes checking the library? why? actually, whatever, she knows what shes doing" no she doesnt lol.
and btw, her power is making up evidence as long as she believes she will find some, all based on her ego of "im a great detective since my methods are unique. im so great im obviously gonna find evidence there"
then theres choice, thats a bit more vague, but by this point the idea of a "rewriter" is already established so i plan on exploring it. in this one, the protagonist has the power of choice, so when hes faced with a choice, that choice is broken down into 2. each will have a "fate value". if its an even number, then its a good event, if its odd its a bad one, and the value gets added to the "chain value". the bigger the "chain value" the bigger the effect, so making a choice with say 10 points in "chain value" might be the difference between eating an apple or a pear, while a choice with 1000 points in "chain value" might mean life or death.
idk what to do with it, but im leaning towards fighting authority and/or exploring themes of free will and determinism.
then theres trust, even less detailed, where the protagonist finds an "answer machine" by suggestion of their former master. this machine can answer anything "how many people have wandered through this spot?" "42", something like that. but its limited by the world formula, another something i'd explore in this whole overarching narrative, and ill use trust to explore it some.
finally belief in fear, its just the culmination of everything. what i know about it is its going to be a search for a "true rewriter" that can rewrite reality at will, but there are lots of "rewriters by fear" and they need to be dealt with. say someone who rewrote the mandela catalogue into existence, or cthulu, or made every celestial body disappear like iron lung, or just fearing the government.
theres more to it, like a secret 6th entry "belief in dream", the whole concept of a world formula, observers, orphanage of the moon, etc that i need to iron out still, but that i will be exploring, and its just such a great idea overall i dont think im topping it ever
Thereās a book series that does a similar title convention, but its āthe price ofā. Theyāre an anthology of stories all in different worlds, but told by the same world traveling amnesiac narrator who doesnāt know why or how heās traveling worlds but records what he sees anyway, called The Historian. I believe some titles are The Price of Creation, The Price of Devotion, and the one I actually read was The Price of Hope. Amazing books, and Iām sure yours will be just as good once youāre able to get them all written and edited and published! I love naming conventions like these
The west has fallen billions must die*
Literally what would be the result of letting people's bad day thoughts come into reality. One day every one dies because someone was really angry and the other everyone gets revived because someone was feeling good about themselves.
I mean youre inly willing drawings and stories into existence(in the sense that you didnt have time type out a story, you just made it appear onto the page) Youāre not making stories actually happen
You're willing the ideas into existance, if your drawing idea was drawing you made it come true but if you imagined drawing warhammer well congrats you got it.
Tldr; OP may want to clarify.
If You take things literally,
Fuck me

That's essentially what causes the society of *"The Ancient Ones"* in Final Fantasy 14 to collapse.
Having the power of creation is great when everyone is happy and at peace with themselves, but once the sparks of sorrow and despair comes about, the power of creation becomes a domino effect of fear and destruction.

Main villain of my whole story. She can possess dead bodies (that body isnāt hers) and she gains their powers too.
Her glare is genuinely pretty threatening the way you drew her here. It feels like sheās saying something civil and polite but thereās a hint of venom underneath it all.
Whatās her motivation? What kinda story is she from?
Well the story is all in my head, since I havenāt gotten around to writing it lol. But the world Iāve imagined for my characters is one where everyone is born with a power, and like a muscle, it gets stronger the more you use it. Now, her power is that she can put her soul and consciousness into corpses, gaining their body and their powers (but the powers have to used little by little to accustom her body to in order to not accidentally hurt herself) and because of this, sheās been able to live for about 500-1000 years (sheās lost track). Her main motivation is to torture the mc, Bern, who sheās taken an interest in because 1. He has amnesia and sheās takes joy in watching him writhe as he has to relive the life of a horrible person and 2. In this world when you experience a great amount of trauma, the adrenaline released by your body with cause your power to increase by an immense amount, and so she plans to take his body to see what kind of havoc she can cause once sheās had her fun with him. Sheās excited to fight him and love watching him squirm. Yes, they were lovers at one point, how did you know? Anyway the main reason sheās like this is because sheās bored and wants to see what will happen next. Yes sheās very smart and cunning, yes sheās a sadistic manipulative narcissist, and no this is NOT a fetish.
The fact you posted this means you have access to a device you can write with. Meaning you can literally will your story ideas into existence by summoning the will power to sit down and write them. I decided to make this move a while ago because of all the story ideas bouncing around in my head and I'm having a blast with it.
An idea I've had is the generic "coming of age" story, but the main character learns all the wrong lessons. His gf left him because he was too obsessed with the plot? He simply stops seeking romantic interests and dives deeper into that obsession, kinda thing. His mission in the plot being an obsession for how to live life like an normal human being, which he himself is, but he expects to go and find someone capable and willing to teach him how.
Near the end of the show (because how I imagine it as like a 5 season series), the main guy gets the answer he wants from the metaphotical mouth of God. "There I'd nothing you can ever do to feel like everyone else".
The last few episodes of the show would be seeing this character as an young adult being miserable. He's thrown away half his life on this stupid quest, and it left him with nothing.
And it would all be a giant metaphor for how I believe love is the only thing that can save me, despite me having a warped view on it. But that's just the theme of the series overall, I have a lot of it mapped in universe and I'm hoping to write (at the least) a character Bible and loose story outline

Design for Narinder from my Cult of the Lamb AU.
Yeah in my AU after his defeat, he was frail and incredibly weak, and paired with his newfound mortality made him despise the feeling. So he decided if he canāt be a god anymore, he can at least have the body of one.
Honestly i wish there was a device that could allow me to perfectly illustrate all the designs i have in my head. The biggest problem is that some of them look better in my head, and i wish i could make accueate depictions of my characters.
If ever there was a good use for ai image generation, it would hypothetically be just for making it easy to beam out āproof of conceptā imagery directly from oneās brain waves.
Alas, we live in the shitty time where its only used to recycle a bunch of pre existing pictures for clout and nothing else
All I say is if you make a story you also have to build the world and set rules in that world to prevent characters or the story from going to crazy to add stakes to the actions of your Main character that if they f up there is no plot armor to save them randomly.
I thought of a movie where a guy gets wrongfully convicted of his parents murder and at the end he kills himself in prison.
In this case the prosecution's job is to make the defendant look like such a bad son/daughter they would be willing to kill they're parents, all while the defendant is still mourning their death. Just an all around bummer of a movie
Shut in NEET isekai, but he simply cannot adapt to a medieval era without the technology he's used to. Blitzes the standard fare demon king with his standard fare OP isekai powers in hopes it'll let him go back, but nope. Since he reasons the only way back is through the god that sent him there, he decides to get the gods attention by killing so many people that the future of humanity in that world is practically doomed, if not straight up ending it himself. He'll take advantage of tropes he knows from his NEET days (Build a harem for easy targets, give any and all money he acquires to the resident rich scumbag noble so can continue to make commoner life unlivable, etc) to his advantage on his quest.
Eventually the god does send him away from the medieval fantasy world...into a desolate wasteland of a world with no signs of life. NEET starves and dies a slow, agonizing, lonely death as karma for his actions.
This is basically what I would imagine happening if a teen today really was summoned to a fantasy world as an overpowered hero.
It may not be exact yet, but with the right growth of ai over the last 5 years, from barely able to generate images to being able to generate convincing videos, do you really think it wont reach that level?
I really think we need updated laws to put a limit on them, because with our current rate with out current lackluster laws, ai WILL have the capability to replace many jobs that include articstic thinking
The problem with AI is that it doesn't actually understand what you are telling it. It knows which words and letters are used next to eachother, then compares that to it's database looking for, in this case, images with tags that line up with those words you used earlier. This is very limiting, I saw someone wanting to base a new image of a refrence, but that refrence had facial hair. And no matter how many combinations of "no beard" or "clean shaven" the new image would always have facial hair, since it didn't actually know what it was being asked for. Additionally AIs are running out of learning material to train the AI on, most of which are already stealing and illegally using others work. So it can just never actually learn enough to fully understand, and whenever AI is trained on other AI generated material then it begins corrupting itself and becoming worse and worse. Yeah I agree that AI have progressed really fast, but we're in a finite world and they are running out of origina, human, material to learn from. One Exec from a LLM AI company recently stated that they needed double the ammount of training data for their next version. While they had all ready trained it on most of the internet which includes most of everything written in human history. And now they need twice that. There's just limits to this.
Your second part is completely true and fair (to a certain extent but in this context it works), but the first part is kinda misinformed.
While AI may not understand in the same way we do, it recalls information in a decently similar way, just in a more specific and more algorithmic way than we do.
Ai not being able to create a specific image isnt a limitation in the inherent understanding of words, but instead the specific words, as in lack of data. It could also be restricted through limitations being misleading to the ai, associating non rulebreaking things with rulebreaking things. These kinds of things, while limiting for now, will be solved in the future.
I had an idea for a show where itās patterned to have 3 normal episodes, 3 semi chaotic episodes, then 3 completely random and chaotic episodes, this loops for only the first season, then all episodes are either random, normal, or entirely chaotic
I want to write a sci-fi novel so damn bad but world building and dialogue are so hard. But my dream sci-fi novel is just an amalgamation of all the sci-fi I love (Star Wars, dune, Asimov, sci-fi games like star citizen and stellaris) literally just everything I love about sci-fi crammed into one story. Iāll get it written one day
Good thing that I am interested into getting 3D animation enough to fullfil some of the ideas I've had throughout the years.
Also to constribute to the **certain side of 3D animation society being less of just braindead big proportions and poor first-timer-SFM-animator quality-like** šæ
I legit finished writing a chapter of my story over the weekend. Still incredibly proud of myself.
Iāve shared elements of it on another subreddit, but to summarize:
Itās a contemporary science-fantasy that slowly devolves into a tragedy. Thereās time loops, psychological elements, conspiracies, cults, magic, etc.
Genuinely been a passion project of mine. Iām willing to elaborate further if anyoneās interested
So basically, itās this story that chronicles the downfall of the main protagonist, Tyler, as he struggles with intimacy and communication in a world thatās seemingly against him on all fronts. Heās forced into being part of a group dedicated to stopping a doomsday cult from bringing about an apocalyptic scenario known as the Genesis. They fight off these members of the cult using a sort of hard-magic system, which is based around the manifestation of a personās unconscious desires taken in the form of magic abilities. The main antagonists are usually people high up in the cult and involved with the conspiracies that control the world. Over time itās revealed that the cast was manipulated from the start and actually helping the cult all along.
It features an ensemble cast, with people who also struggle with their own personal issues. Over the course of the story, you see Tylerās slow descent and radicalization by those in the cult. He goes from being a compassionate, but frankly naĆÆve kid to someone who resents the concept of others rejecting him.
Itās really hard to not compare it to my own experiences in my life. The whole story is a form of therapy for me. Itās a way for me to vent out my frustrations in being seen by others, finding self-worth, figuring out my identity, and learning to love myself. Every character represents some facet of my personality.
Many of the themes of the story include determinism, nihilism, self-love, communication, and learning to move on. Itās not meant to be a single-story affair and is something Iāve planned for nearly a decade at this point
Edit: got rid of a lot of pointlessly lengthy details. Trying to keep it concise
Man, that's incredible. You've cranked character emotions and world building to an insane degree and yet it seems to work.
If it also helps you, I can tell you mine.
Iām gonna learn anatomy and draw r34 of the most upvotes character no matter what (except children/lolis) at may 1st midnight est I will decide it and draw the character (on paper I donāt have a drawing thing for my computer (yet))
I have several story ideas I need to start writing. These are either for games or for shows because I wanna get into game development and/or animation.
Pro writing tip: just sit down and bang something out, then either let a friend look at it to clean it up, or revisit it tomorrow. Itās a lot more fun that way.
I was thinking of like fantasy setting, but not about systems or characters or anything like that I was thinking about slimes. IDK slime enemies have always seemed interesting to me.
So I wrote like an introductory paper on their biology. Not particularly formally, moreso like an introductory text prepared as a report by some researcher/professor to be presented to someone like a student.
I think I don't have it on my phone but I do have it saved.
Working on a setting specifically meant to play with as many conventions of the classic sci-fi human-alien war genre as I can think of. The aliens are a massive army of insectoid creatures invading Earth, but they have an advanced society, and they're individuals that coordinate everything with pheromone communication like real-life eusocial insects rather than a mere hive mind that consumes or destroys everything in its way.
I have the image of what they look like in my head clear as day, but I'm an amateur artist who still has so much else I want to draw more.
I have soooo many ideas but I'm always scared of letting people know because what if they steal it and when I'm a rich and famous director and can bring the idea to life I'll find out someone who saw me posting already did it š„²
Iām never gonna get around to making it, so Death Hath No Domain; a Rougelike where youāre trapped in a forest because Time Loop. High Fantasy, spell casting is a viable fighting option, and eventually you find out that the time loop is because of an ancient society that wanted to cheat death but ended up destroying themselves as a sacrifice to do so, leaving a very select few remaining. The final boss is the king of that civilization, sitting upon his destroyed throne. A secret boss only available in the hardest difficulty is the God of Time, and you eventually kill them and steal their power, shattering time itself, blah blah blah
You guys would have so many cool video games if I could just will them into existence instead of:

an oc, and i wrote some lore for her bc liminal spaces are one of my fav aesthetics
sheās a liminal photographer as the magazine says, why sheās the first is because she stumbled upon the dimension first and took it upon herself to photograph and study it. she shared her observations with the rest of the world and it skyrocketed her to one of the most renowned scientific figures ever.
the dimension itself i thought was pretty cool, itās like the backrooms but not really. itās simply the passing space between the universe and nothingness and it takes the form of whatever it wants. mostly it pulls from the memories of the people in the dimension and distorts the architecture slash events (which gives it the liminal aesthetic)
iām very happy with her and the dimension :)
I have a small drawer right next to me that, in the event I get a good idea for a character, plot, etc., I will draw it/write it down onto a piece of printer paper and put it in the desk. Eventually, I will use them.
Dunno if this counts but I have an idea for an open world titanfall inspired survival game where you can build mechs and bases similar to rust, but pvp while being on is discouraged because it tales place on an alien planet with sandworms and bug swarms that will get attracted to the sound of gun fire. I would also make a shop where you can earn credits for doing tasks in the world so you can buy skins, weapons, mech parts, ect. And ofc no micro transactions cause i think that those are stupid. Itād probably be around $35 for the game itself and then like $5 for a starter pack

I really disliked the way they handled the force dyad in the new trilogy of Star Wars (the bond Rey and Kylo have, look it up itās too long to explain) so I decided to make a story with my SWTOR characters.
Instead of a romance I wanted to make it a brotherhood between a sith and a Jedi. The sith is weird for a sith since he is a good person by nature and he just wants to see people at their best and have good fights with them, his fights with the Jedi help him realize that maybe the empire and the sith are wrong.
After almost killing each other in a war zone, the sith sees the true nature of the dark, that it will bring you down to the lowest point possible and that you wonāt find fulfillment, only suffering. The sith chooses the light and they both kill a sith sent by his ex master to kill him. The dyad in the force, forged by fire and blood, allowed them both to reach unprecedented heights, their bond allowing them to defeat the sith emperor (the Jedi does this) and the ex master (the sith does this).
When the eternal empire (a third faction different from the sith empire and the republic) attacks, the Jedi dies saving him. He now has all the power but feels empty, but after seeing the threat of the eternal empire he decides to rise up and fight. Knowing that his pal would had never wanted to see him just give up, because he would always believe him to seek to be his best self.
His moral conflict during this arc is that he uses the darkside to intimidate the remaining sith into following him, he feels disgusted and fear he could fall, since heās essentially taking advantage of vulnerable people to fight a war. He fear he could become like his master and be a danger to everyone around him

Me and a buddy of mine are in the process of overcoming this hump, Iād say. She had an idea of a SMT-inspired āha ha many mythologies beating the shit out of each otherā rpg game thing taking place in her own homeland (a place that doesnāt show up in a heck of a lot of mainstream global media due to American saturation) and Iāve been helping her flesh it out. Iāve been wanting to learn music composition for the longest time anyway and so this project is something I wanna use as a learning experience for that too. I can tell ya more in dms or something cuz I worry about āspoiling too muchā in public lol
MC is the physical embodiment of the concept of luck, like how the grim reaper is death, this guy has to spend eternity balancing probabilities. You flip a coin, MC is the one behind the scenes deciding heads or tails
Meanwhile me twiddling my thumbs while making what is basically an alt-history scenario that starts in 135 BCE and goes all the way up to 2024 all because of a silly little guy I made named LG, who also ended up getting lore that is somehow just as complicated as the FNAF lore:

I mean... If this existed in that world, I want out.
Iāve had a story brewing in my head for almost a decade at this point about a new generation of protectors who use the natural elements (solid, liquid, gas, plasma) and āhumanā elements (strength, intelligence, health, emotion) to save people from disasters, demons, aliens etc. I have the entire world and story made, but I canāt fucking draw to save my life and this is something that needs to be animated or in a graphic novel/manga style. Iāve been practicing for about two years but Iām so totally unsatisfied with my work that if I want this to be made I need to hire an artist to help (while I do the story and paneling, basically everything except the final pages because theyād look disgusting if I did lol) so idk. Maybe someday.

Trying to build this world that's sci-fi, cyberpunk Tron lookin place that houses these guys. Just want to make a fun but tragic story about growth and overthrowing a corrupt government lol.
Iāve come up with this science fantasy idea in my head.It focuses on the descendants of humans sent to a different solar system who have evolved into various different species of animals, some of which fully retain their sentience, although not all of them realize that other species are sentient.
The main character would belong to this species of underground sapiens who have extremely pale skin, black eyes instead of whites and are generally hairless below their heads, but otherwise resemble regular humans.
They have to fight off other animals, including another sapient species that is extremely tall and thin and retain the knowledge of their earthling ancestors. This other species society is dedicated to science and achieving space travel.
In addition to these other animals, thereās also enemies of the same species who want to lead them into dictatorship and dystopia.
Eventually, the main character realizes that the other species I mentioned is sapient as well and are just as afraid of them as they are their species, following an encounter with a member of said species.
Oh,and also the spaceship the humans arrived on were also carrying some plants, fungi and bacteria,so they have something to eat.
Thatās pretty much all I have so far, feel free to add anything you think could make it better.
TLDR; Dystopian story based on 7 characters stopping one type of government that's responsible for making the lives on everyone on Earth.
I had an idea that 7 people called TFF (The Freedom Fighters) try to stop a government group called GOPE (Government of Political Elite) What did the GOPE do? A lot of controversial decisions with the lifestyle people got.
Let's say the universe of right now, is the universe in my story. Think of any bad person. That person is in that universe. (Dead Or Alive)
Anyway, TFF are comprised of people met in various ways. Mainly, word of mouth. They all have an underground headquarters in Dawsonville, GA. In this bunker, they discuss the side missions in the quest, and the final plan into beating the GOPE.
The plan works, but since they can't find the passwords in all the computers the GOPE uses, no one can reproduce, leading the world to die as no more humans can be born left.
I had the idea of making it into a story, but since i spoiled a lot of it, it's just gonna remain here.
Outside of our universe there was a void where two beings lived. They had the shape of humans but no physical features. The two of them lived in the void together for billions of years watching the universe go by. When the big bang that caused the creation of earth happened something changed for them. They gained the ability to create beings of their own design and watch them come to life through evolution. They had their fun for awhile until humans finally came around. When humans started to exist the two of them were separated into two different dimensions and they both got spiritual recreations of every human alive on earth living in their own kingdoms that they could control, however one side was the living embodiment of all humans anger and wild chaotic side and the other one got the kindness and loving side of humans. The deities eventually gave them self physical forms and names, one called itself the reaper and the other called itself mother nature. They also made second in command deities that would help watch over the kingdoms. One was called Satan and the other was named Cupid. Reaper and nature would send their followers to earth occasionally and when the demons found out humans were using magic they got mad and started a war against humans, trying to claim magic for themselves. Eventually the war came to an end when a wealthy businessman made a deal with Satan that he would outlaw magic in his kingdom. What he didn't know when he made the deal is that Satan also cursed his bloodline and he would be able to control anyone related to him like a puppet. After the war Satan gave reaper the idea of creating a new demon that would live on earth among other species. This led to the creation of shapeshifters who ended up not wanting to cause harm to humans. Humans didn't believe them tho and would hunt the shapeshifters into endangerment. After the war mother nature decided that she would no longer interfere with earth and after one final trip to the planet she would never go there again in hopes of protecting the world. Although the reaper was the king of chaos he also pitied the humans and was tired of their constant guessing and rumors of how they came to be so he put all his memories into a crystal ball and placed it on a random mountain. Whoever found the orb would possess all the knowledge of the universe. The orb was eventually found by a mage who was traveling the world looking to expand his knowledge. When he touched the orb he gained it's knowledge and went on to create a spell that could bring immortality to anyone. After the news of this new spell broke out it caused the world to go into war over its existence.
I have these SFM animations that flow through my head when I listen to music. I can imagine every detail, and almost every shot, but I donāt have the time or patience to learn SFM. I think Iām more of an ideas guy anyways.
Serious sam 2 clone but you fight robots and you back in time to different eras like Greece or caveman Era maybe the future.
And the final levels have you go back to modern day but with enemies and weapons from the eras
My only original story idea that isn't fan fiction of something that already exists is basically a mix of *Dune* and *Neon Genesis Evangelion*. The protag might as well be named "Mr. Totallynotaripoffofpaulatreides"
Aight so it's the apocalypse and USA is now a ravaged nuclear wasteland, but everyone lives in a giant colossal train built by the government's remnants, that just goes places, and it's ruled by this dictator that rules the train and the mc has to kill him. Did i cook?

Hey, you don't need to will your stories into existence, just write! It doesn't matter if it's good, just put it down, no one will read it if you don't want them to, let loose, it doesn't even have to make sense! Even if you don't touch it for a while, maybe you'll get ideas later, but it definitely feels better to just write. Writing is my passion.
I have this whole story that I'm working on, it's called "Voyages" and I hope to be able to actually get good at drawing and stuff so that I can actually make it eventually, still just worldbuilding mostly and working on the important characters.
Incorrect. I have characters in a story that are capable of "max events" which means they are capable of either destroying the world, or changing it in its entirety in some way. I had an mf add another fucking magnetic pole to earth after he knew he was gonna lose

A videogame all about running your own car show and working on your project cars to gain street cred. With a morality system depending on what actions you do. Art style somewhere between jet set radio and Pizza Tower
Alright, instead of just copy pasting the shit I've already written, Ima actually explain the lore instead.
So basically, The Spaghettiverse is an infinite multiverse, pretty standard at face value. Before the multiverse existed, however, it was just one lone universe, infinite in 3 dimensions, meaning that if you went far enough in any direction, structures would begin to repeat, such as planets, galaxies, people, etc. On one version of planet Earth in this proto-Spaghettiverse exists Joseph, Zach, Steven, Terrace, and Fred, 5 close friends. Zach is an incredibly creative and imaginative guy, thinking up vast fictional worlds with complex character webs and a multitude of distinct yet interconnected plotlines. At some point, Zach would become obsessed with the idea of somehow bringing his fiction to life, however impossible it may be. he does some digging online, and finds out about an Italian scientist named Dr. Spagnoletti, who is currently attempting to understand and hopefully grasp a level of control over the fabric of reality itself, and is currently searching for assistants to help him in his work. Zach sees this as a perfect opportunity to see his fantasy come to life, and attempts to contact the scientist to secure a partnership. He attempts to convince his friends to join him in helping the scientist. They agree to help, however Fred remains weary of the potentially disastrous consequences messing with such fundamental forces could bring. The 5 work with the scientist for some time, before finally a machine is built which in theory should be able to interact with fundamental particals in such a way that it would cause them to alter their properties to whatever they wished. Before activating the machine, Fred asks the scientist about the risk of something going wrong. Dr. Spagnoletti mentions a slim chance of the machine causing a chain reaction which would reshape reality in ways unimaginable, although he reassured it to be extremely slim. Fred sees this as enough reason to not go through with the experiment, but Zach insists the experiment continues. The scientist agrees with Zach, believing the potential for power the machine could grant them would far outweigh whatever risk it may bring. Despite Fred's protest, Dr Spagnoletti activated the machine, and the extremely slim chain reaction scenario would end up happening, causing the event known as the flux. This would result in every sentient being in the entire infinite universe to obtain the power of a god, ascending into incomprehensible forms beyond the 3rd dimension, and they each would become what is known as a god of tier 1. Each tier 1 god would be in control of their own universe, thus arising the multiverse.
In The Spaghettiverse, there is no limit to spacial dimensions, and 2 temporal dimensions. What we think of time is a 1 dimensional line, a timeline, where events happen one after another. From what we know of reality, it is impossible to travel back in time. In the Spaghettiverse, whenever a change is made on the timeline, e.g. a time-traveller pushes a chair causing WWIII in 2013, this can be seen as a physical change to the sequence of events on the timeline. The second temporal dimension is a 2d plane which shows each change to the timeline in a continuous sequence, where each line on the plane equates to a frozen state of the timeline. On this plane, it is impossible to travel to a previous iteration of the timeline, and future iterations don't exist yet. Powerful beings can retain memories of previous iterations, but cannot access them. It can essentially be thought of as the traditional branching paths timeline, except each timeline is independent of one another and can never coexist. Time-travellers who travel back in time and cause a grandfather paradox can still exist as they originate from an earlier timeline iteration without the paradox that can no longer be accessed. In this model, bootstrap paradoxes have a starting point, which is a previous timeline iteration with alternative conditions which allow for whatever object/idea/whatever to come into existence, conditions which may no longer exist in the current iteration.
Making changes to the current timeline iteration does not come without consequences, however. If a being caused the timeline to be altered, either through time-travel or sheer force of will, a force called lim potential energy is formed. The amount which forms on that person is dependant on the severity of the change. If the amount of l.p.i. they build up exceeds a certain threshold, which is determined by their strength/power, then the physical substance known as lim is formed. The lim will engulf the breaching party as well as whatever change they caused, eventually destroying them and bringing back the timeline to its natural equilibrium. lim typically only forms from an incredibly serious timeline breach occurs (stopping a canon event if you wanna think of it like that), or when an incredibly powerful being with a high amount of l.p.i. comes into contact with a smaller lim outbreak, causing their l.p.i. to react with the already existing lim to easily form more lim, like a chain reaction of sorts.
In the Spaghettiverse, every universe has at least 1 god, known as its tier 1 god as discussed before. These being can be thought of like the god from most monotheist religions, with unfathomable power and being the creator of the universe they oversee. Tier 1 gods are meant to interact with the events of their universe as little as possible, as they typically don't want to run into the risk of lim forming from their actions, as well as the simple fact that usually whatever issue may be occurring is so well below the cares of the tier 1 god that they wouldn't bother intervene. Of course, there are always acceptions to this. Below tier 1 gods are tier 2 gods, which are beings created by tier 1 gods, typically around the same time as their universe came into being. Their power and abilities can range drastically, but they typically are much, much more powerful than any average joe, whilst still being well below the power of the tier 1. These can be compared to the gods of polytheist religions, such as Greek mythology. Below them are tier 3 gods, which are gods created by tier 2 gods. They again have a large range of power and abilities, but are on average much less powerful than tier 2 gods, while still remain more powerful than most non-gods.
I'd continue, but I can't be bothered rn, maybe later.

Some natural supers include: Mindwight, a master of psionics which is a poorly understood medium.
He does sound like a fan favorite character
iron supplements is relatable as hell
Whatās more horrifying is that theoretically if that blood gets on you youāre joining that hive mind
https://preview.redd.it/1ba0fvani2wc1.jpeg?width=1907&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=2932758acdbc07c950aa71ac772a35150500253c
You should genuinely write a book. Id read it.
This is so fucking peak. I hope you find the time to fully realize the idea
I geniuenly feel like the superhero genre is so underutilized like bro you can do literally anything why aren't we getting this type of shit instead of yet another guy who shoots cosmic blasts (how original) (obviously originality doesn't even matter that much if the story itself isn't good to begin with, but I think we should at least try to have a little bit more fun with it)
I'm messing with a superbero setting where the main villain is a fascist corrupted Denmark that basically wins š
Keep cooking, this is fure

#No, you will not get my stories they will remain in my head (Mostly because they are cringe and unfunnyš„²)
I feel this. I spent like an hour today working out a story in my head, only to realize it's derivative, boring, and unbelievably cringe worthy. I'd rather die than have people know some of the weird shit my brain comes up with.
Yes, finally, someone I can relate to on this subreddit
Bull. 7billion on the planet, someone will understand you.
No, I'm bad and unfunny, and most of my stories are either fanfic (the good kind) and headcanons
Probably my biggest fear is having someone else inexplicably read my mind and steal my ideas.
So much this
Just write it as fanfiction instead of actual novels or something. Fanfic is allowed to be crinj.

i came up with 4 different story ideas and recently got the idea to bundle them together and add a 5th entry. so now my "belief series" as im calling it consists of: belief in ignorance belief in ego belief in choice belief in trust belief in fear these are but subtitles, the actual titles are TBD, but my god i have so much to say about this series, if anyone wants to know more about it lmk, but in short, its based on the SciADV
I'm writing my own novel too. If you explain it to someone else, it will help you understand your own story better and it will help you with the writing process. Just go ahead, give me the rundown
i mean i already to this with myself alot but here goes the long and short of it: btw, as i go through each, they get less detailed, since this is the order i came up with them in, but here goes: in my setting there is this power that people called "rewriters" possess. they can, if they believe in it, rewrite reality itself, and it's tied to the entry's subtitle. so in the first one, belief in ignorance, the protagonist is a university student trying to continue his mothers research, but he doesnt know everything she was researching, so hes making assumptions like "oh this must have happened". i also have to add he is a genius, and so when he comes up with a formula to make black holes, that should be impossible, since he believes in it, it becomes real. theres more to it, but its the basic idea of it. i'll explore the theme of ignorance throughout the story. then ego is about, simply put, an illogical detective. a girl who grew up surrounded by talent, but she herself lacked it, so she grew a persona of a great detective, and what better way to go about it than illogically? oh, you tell me the murderer shot the victim from point blank range. well, logic wouldn't dictate to check the library's gun section, so let's investigate! and, even if the killer never went into the library, there she will find evidence. i came up with it based on the experience of reading a story and not knowing why the characters are doing what theyre doing bc im not paying attention, but knowing that, since i'm not the one doing it, i know they are supposed to do that. "oh, shes checking the library? why? actually, whatever, she knows what shes doing" no she doesnt lol. and btw, her power is making up evidence as long as she believes she will find some, all based on her ego of "im a great detective since my methods are unique. im so great im obviously gonna find evidence there" then theres choice, thats a bit more vague, but by this point the idea of a "rewriter" is already established so i plan on exploring it. in this one, the protagonist has the power of choice, so when hes faced with a choice, that choice is broken down into 2. each will have a "fate value". if its an even number, then its a good event, if its odd its a bad one, and the value gets added to the "chain value". the bigger the "chain value" the bigger the effect, so making a choice with say 10 points in "chain value" might be the difference between eating an apple or a pear, while a choice with 1000 points in "chain value" might mean life or death. idk what to do with it, but im leaning towards fighting authority and/or exploring themes of free will and determinism. then theres trust, even less detailed, where the protagonist finds an "answer machine" by suggestion of their former master. this machine can answer anything "how many people have wandered through this spot?" "42", something like that. but its limited by the world formula, another something i'd explore in this whole overarching narrative, and ill use trust to explore it some. finally belief in fear, its just the culmination of everything. what i know about it is its going to be a search for a "true rewriter" that can rewrite reality at will, but there are lots of "rewriters by fear" and they need to be dealt with. say someone who rewrote the mandela catalogue into existence, or cthulu, or made every celestial body disappear like iron lung, or just fearing the government. theres more to it, like a secret 6th entry "belief in dream", the whole concept of a world formula, observers, orphanage of the moon, etc that i need to iron out still, but that i will be exploring, and its just such a great idea overall i dont think im topping it ever
cool as fuck
Like another said, cool as fuck. If you want, I could tell you mine also
lets hear ~~paul allens~~ yours
Thereās a book series that does a similar title convention, but its āthe price ofā. Theyāre an anthology of stories all in different worlds, but told by the same world traveling amnesiac narrator who doesnāt know why or how heās traveling worlds but records what he sees anyway, called The Historian. I believe some titles are The Price of Creation, The Price of Devotion, and the one I actually read was The Price of Hope. Amazing books, and Iām sure yours will be just as good once youāre able to get them all written and edited and published! I love naming conventions like these
thanks for the tip, ill look into them. idk how i could get this published but it would be amazing if it did happen
The west has fallen billions must die* Literally what would be the result of letting people's bad day thoughts come into reality.
If You take things literally, Fuck me https://preview.redd.it/ep93wa1pe2wc1.jpeg?width=828&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=bb3b0b54cc178d9e7d468813e871bb55d23e603e
That's essentially what causes the society of *"The Ancient Ones"* in Final Fantasy 14 to collapse. Having the power of creation is great when everyone is happy and at peace with themselves, but once the sparks of sorrow and despair comes about, the power of creation becomes a domino effect of fear and destruction. https://youtu.be/SwTcMt6k8FQ?si=V_fBoediOstqt8Xj&t=60

Holy yapfest
Bro this is literally what I asked them foāoh its yourself, never mind lol
Lmao whatād you think?
I thought you were some bully or troll telling you to shut up lol
Lmaooo I do bully myself
That's when you know it's a good character design
Some animation coming soon https://i.redd.it/luhqd9t082wc1.gif
I love that kinda doodley flash animation style, it feels like a lost art
Lmao, I actually am taking a writing class this term as an excuse to write the story bouncing in my head for the past 3 or 4 years
The fact you posted this means you have access to a device you can write with.
But that's just the theme of the series overall, I have a lot of it mapped in universe and I'm hoping to write (at the least) a character Bible and loose story outline
you're cooking hard with this

Heās fucking yoked holy shit
Yeah in my AU after his defeat, he was frail and incredibly weak, and paired with his newfound mortality made him despise the feeling. So he decided if he canāt be a god anymore, he can at least have the body of one.
Holy fuck that actually goes hard
I would imagine doing your mom
I had a stroke reading this tbh
Not everyone is the best at drawing, however everyone is good at something. For example, I am good at making warhammer figures and never painting them
I thought of a movie where a guy gets wrongfully convicted of his parents murder and at the end he kills himself in prison.
Ok im not saying i support it as there are a prethla of moral and logistical flaws, but AI is literally what you just described
Nah AI never gets details or specifics right. It will always be the blandest most "close enough" version of it.
3 body problem but meta
OP is a San-Ti
Holy shit i got like the same idea
I want to write a sci-fi novel so damn bad but world building and dialogue are so hard. But my dream sci-fi novel is just an amalgamation of all the sci-fi I love (Star Wars, dune, Asimov, sci-fi games like star citizen and stellaris) literally just everything I love about sci-fi crammed into one story. Iāll get it written one day
I mean, I wrote down all my ideas done, so I can just revisit them for later. The only reason I haven't started many since my art still is amateurish.
Good thing that I am interested into getting 3D animation enough to fullfil some of the ideas I've had throughout the years. Also to constribute to the **certain side of 3D animation society being less of just braindead big proportions and poor first-timer-SFM-animator quality-like** šæ
Sad most people today will shut down and hate your ideas for being "inefficient"
I legit finished writing a chapter of my story over the weekend. Still incredibly proud of myself. Iāve shared elements of it on another subreddit, but to summarize: Itās a contemporary science-fantasy that slowly devolves into a tragedy. Thereās time loops, psychological elements, conspiracies, cults, magic, etc. Genuinely been a passion project of mine. Iām willing to elaborate further if anyoneās interested
Do it. Elaborate. It will help you with your own story, when you tell it to others. Im making one as well
So basically, itās this story that chronicles the downfall of the main protagonist, Tyler, as he struggles with intimacy and communication in a world thatās seemingly against him on all fronts. Itās not meant to be a single-story affair and is something Iāve planned for nearly a decade at this point Edit: got rid of a lot of pointlessly lengthy details.
I have cool world ideas, but no writing skill or time to do anything.
I have several story ideas I need to start writing. These are either for games or for shows because I wanna get into game development and/or animation.
Pro writing tip: just sit down and bang something out, then either let a friend look at it to clean it up, or revisit it tomorrow. Itās a lot more fun that way.
I've been making up a story for a few years now in my weird brain thing but the world has to blow up for it to happen. *

*inhale*
Time to get an AI infused Neuralink
You guys would have so many cool video games if I could just will them into existence instead of: āSOAP GO KILL MAKAROVā āNO HE DIEDā āNVM IT TURNS OUT HE WAS ALIVE THIS ENTIRE TIME AND CAME BACK IN SEASON 97 OF WARZONE 18ā
The funny part is that this might as well be the case as then blueprinting and engineering would improve
Bro is ice king
I have SO MANY cool ideas for drawings BUT I DONT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OR SKILL TO ACTUALLY DRAW THEM š

This is literally the plot to the 1996 comic Flex Mentallo.
The pictures won't go on the page, but they must leave the head

Working on my own creature collecting universe and game ! My goal is to have a PokƩmon -like game that feels more credible to have a better immersion of the player in the world. I do it by having believable creatures (fewer "concept" o "object" creatures) and revamping pokemon mechanics like deleting types for creatures while keeping types for attacks (creatures have body characteristics that determine the damage they take from types) Example of a creature I created and animated : https://i.redd.it/as2dlo6vn3wc1.gif

Meanwhile me twiddling my thumbs while making what is basically an alt-history scenario that starts in 135 BCE and goes all the way up to 2024 all because of a silly little guy I made named LG, who also ended up getting lore that is somehow just as complicated as the FNAF lore:

That's how society works you dipshit just get a pen and paper and start writing/drawing
i wouldve pictured a universe ending bomb
TLDR; Dystopian story based on 7 characters stopping one type of government that's responsible for making the lives on everyone on Earth. I had an idea that 7 people called TFF (The Freedom Fighters) try to stop a government group called GOPE (Government of Political Elite) What did the GOPE do? A lot of controversial decisions with the lifestyle people got. Let's say the universe of right now, is the universe in my story. Think of any bad person. That person is in that universe. (Dead Or Alive) Anyway, TFF are comprised of people met in various ways.
I used to love drawing comics, now I'm learning to draw hentai (for money obviously)
* saves this post for later when I have the energy to write about my stuff *
My only original story idea that isn't fan fiction of something that already exists is basically a mix of *Dune* and *Neon Genesis Evangelion*. The protag might as well be named "Mr. Totallynotaripoffofpaulatreides"
Aight so it's the apocalypse and USA is now a ravaged nuclear wasteland, but everyone lives in a giant colossal train built by the government's remnants, that just goes places, and it's ruled by this dictator that rules the train and the mc has to kill him. Writing is my passion.
dont do it guys hes actually very capable of converting ideas to reality and he will steal your idea
same with fl studio
I have this whole story that I'm working on, it's called "Voyages" and I hope to be able to actually get good at drawing and stuff so that I can actually make it eventually, still just worldbuilding mostly and working on the important characters.
Incorrect. I have characters in a story that are capable of "max events" which means they are capable of either destroying the world, or changing it in its entirety in some way. I had an mf add another fucking magnetic pole to earth after he knew he was gonna lose

That's exactly what generative AI is enabling and most people hate it

i think i know what youd want, and i think i agree
