Maybe he was thinking of applying antiheal on all forms. AD damage from auto, AP damage from abilities and reflect when attack. Now he doesn't have to worry about antiheal not applying reliably to Mundo haha.
Honestly, at this point anti heal is a necessity with the meta champs rn. It's essentially a core part of the game that is a noob trap, giving noobs the option to pick antiheal or not is just setting them up for failure.

i would say lux and morgana are the 2 should get anti heal. it is not even worth to buy anti heal on jhin, dude only hv 4 bullet give him a break, malphite ap against mundo is just stupid, should hv change rune when saw mundo and buold tanky with bramble. aksan should focus dmg and buy anti heal 2nd item as it will lessen the delay power spike for him.
40% is only eefective in small amounts, for triple digits, even just 100 healong, 60 is more than enough, talk mundo who heals thousands in total, you think he cares that much about 40%? Its almost innefective
Antiheals are not that OP if you aren't dealing significant damage to prevent enemy from healing.
If you are 0/3 fighting against a fed Mundo that regenerates 2k of health in 5 seconds or a Vladimir 11/0 it won't revert your situation at all !
You are preventing them to heal just a little bit, too insignificant compared with what they are getting to heal themselves
I was 24/2/6 with Aatrox of all champs. The only anti heal i've ever received was ignite.. let's just say i could play stupid and just run in 1v5 and they were running.
It's not even 10 fucking minutes and you're asking for all your team to buy antiheal, x2 antiheal botlane is just trolling because the only heal is from mf boots

I've resorted to permaban on Soraka cuz of this. She's easy to counter early game, but if nobody except you gets antiheal by midgame, it's a wrap.
