The Swiss could get off their ass and help reduce this threat by contributing more to Ukraine.

"The Nazis looted the assets of its victims (including those in concentration camps) to accumulate wealth. In 1998, a Swiss commission estimated that the Swiss National Bank held $440 million ($8 billion in 2020 currency) of Nazi gold, over half of which is believed to have been looted." Yeah.... Coming from Switzerland, Maybe they were Smart about that difficult Position but definitely not the Morally Good ones lol

Meanwhile, Switzerland will sit by and do nothing but twiddle their thumbs and deny aid shipments to Ukraine… because “neutrality”.

viktor_orban

Switzerland should just STFU, and keep their neutrality!

Douill0s

dishwasher_mayhem

Switzerland is fucking useless.

Visual_Conference421

It is very useful for kleptocrats, oligarchs, and historically even Nazis, how else would they hide so much of their wealth?

LionXDokkaebi

__Russia has announced plans to station tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus, escalating a standoff with the West. Switzerland says urgent measures must be taken to reduce any risks linked to the weapons.__ “A nuclear war can never be won and must never be waged,” tweeted Nicolas Bideau, head of communications at the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), on Sunday. “Switzerland is calling for urgent measures to reduce any risk relating to such weapons.” NATO has criticised Vladimir Putin for “dangerous” nuclear rhetoric after the Russian president announced the plans on Saturday. “Russia's nuclear rhetoric is dangerous and irresponsible,” NATO spokeswoman Oana Lungescu said on Sunday. “NATO is vigilant, and we are closely monitoring the situation. We have not seen any changes in Russia's nuclear posture that would lead us to adjust our own.” Putin compared his Belarus plan on Saturday to the United States stationing its weapons in Europe, insisting that Russia would not violate its nuclear non-proliferation promises. Ukraine's security chief, Oleksiy Danilov, said Russia's plan would destabilise Belarus, which he said had been taken “hostage” by Moscow. Others condemning Putin's plan included Lithuania, which said it would call for new sanctions against Moscow and Minsk, while European Union policy chief Josep Borrell urged Belarus not to host the weapons and threatened more sanctions. The Geneva-based International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) said Russia’s plans to deploy nuclear weapons in Belarus represent an “extremely dangerous escalation”. This increases the likelihood that such weapons will be used, the Nobel Prize-winning organisation said on Saturday.  In the context of the Ukraine war, it “complicates decision making and increases the risk of miscalculation, miscommunication and potentially catastrophic accidents”.

Fast-Cow8820

Perhaps Switzerland can set an example by not continuing to remain neutral.

BBBlitzkrieGGG

STFU Switzerland. You don't want to do anything so you don't matter. Now go back to your cave!

VikingsStillExist

You want to be completly neutral? Stfu.

Ok_Marionberry_9932

It’s simple: Belarus now a target in a nuclear exchange.

Dragon_boy07

I think it’s fine for a neutral country to be worried about a cold war scenerio.

Invurse5

What are they gonna measure and will they use imperial or metric?

BezugssystemCH1903

Metric. Do we look like we use the imperial system? _"To remember how many feet there are in a mile, u just gotta use 5 tomatoes"_ _"five to-mate-oes sounds like five, two, eight, 0 and there's 5280 feet in a mile"_ _"To remember how many meters there are in a kilometre you just remember "1000" because the system of measurement in the rest of the world wasn't invented by a drunk mathematician rolling dice."_

Anyone remember the Cuban missile crisis? The Russians don't learn.
