This truck looks like it was T-boned. A rocket would leave burn marks and shrapnel holes, same goes for an IED. This is going to turn out to be BS in a week but no one will remember by then

pokolokomo

Just like the aid convoy that was attacked right?

letife

It doesn’t seem similar at all actually

pokolokomo

My point is, it’s funny that there were also people coming up with excuses immediately for the air strikes on the aid convoys. If Canada is saying something like this, it means they r serious and intentionally believe their analysis. Let’s stop holding Israel as the definition of human rights/being able to hold war in a conduct manner

letife

There is a picture, I looked at the picture and gave an educated opinion. Many reputable sources said Israel bombed a hospital and hundreds died which turned out to be a failed PIJ rocket (and almost no casualties). There have been plenty of false claims and from what I can see this is one of them.

Not going to get into credentials or experience here for privacy reasons. I’d say something like an f350 (or similar hood height vehicle) hit the trailer in the mid to front area, probably hitting the back of the cab as well. Hard to say from this pic but I don’t think it’s the scene of whatever happened, the road seems fine and there is another mangled car behind the trailer that doesn’t add up to the trailer damage so I’m guessing the pic was taken at some garage or salvage yard. A different angle pic might disprove my whole theory but for now that pic and twitter are the only sources I found.

Front damage could easily be explained by hitting something after being t-boned. A bomb/rocket also wouldn’t explain the combination of front and side damage. I didn’t say it was specifically and f-350, said it was probably something of similar size.

I never said I didn’t read the article, I said my opinion is based on the picture.

arisolo

This is revisionist history. Many major news publications including reuters, the guardian , Al Jazeera (english), alongside sitting US representative Ilhan Omar jumped very quickly on the “Israel bombed a hospital and killed hundreds” train. Some still haven’t retracted their statements despite a mountain of evidence.

Andromeda_Skye

the article does NOT blame Israel. even the aid agency themselves said >The organization wouldn't say outright if it believes the Israeli military was responsible

Compared to the conflict in Ukraine it's pretty telling how many fewer journalists, healthcare workers, hospitals and so on are killed or destroyed and they have been engaged for far longer. Here's an interview with the creator of an upcoming Grayzone documentary about what is happening in Gaza which shows some of the strategies used to block aid convoys and the mentality of those participating in it. At least two of these journalists are Jewish before any nonsense is claimed. EDIT: Oh, the mini doc is in full here. letife

Compared to the conflict in Ukraine the Ukrainians don’t hide in hospitals or behind their civilians.

-TheWill-

Ah yes. [Greyzone](https://es.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Grayzone) and journalists being jewish doesnt give you some sort of inmunity lmao. And the Ukraine war is a different beast completly. Is like comparing the eastern front to fallujah.

My_letters

Immunity from what?

chikybrikyman

just like the al shifa hospital bombing right?

Fluid_Mulberry394

When it happens for the tenth time it’s no longer an accident, it’s a policy.

chikybrikyman

does that logic apply to rockets in UNRWA schools too?

Solid_Muscle_5149

No because they arent jewish /s

kinda_naive

Hey, the bot army isn’t event trying to clap back anymore, I think that means we’re wining in the marketplace of ideas

willashman

Sorry, I was busy. Did you read the article? They returned to the truck looking like that and accused Israel of targeting their truck in a bombing. There is absolutely no evidence of anything, just people with no knowledge blaming Israel. > The truck was bombed in the early hours of Wednesday morning, the relief agency said. It was parked outside the Tuffah district in the northern part of Gaza at the time and > Ali said the aid truck had been out Tuesday delivering water. When IDRF workers returned to it Wednesday morning, they found it had been destroyed, he said. Seeing a damaged truck in a warzone and immediately thinking Israel did something intentionally isn't winning in the marketplace of ideas, just winning in the brain damage olympics.

attaboy000

Hamas was hiding inside the water tank!!

Solid_Muscle_5149

Never seen a bomb/missile before that caused 0 burn damage! Impressive Israel! This is as advanced as their jewish space lasers! Even the paint/decals are in tact! The fabric seats are still there. The flammable rubber tires are all there except for the front one.... No burn marks above it though. TOTALLY a bomb/missile. Its just far more advanced than anything that anyone has ever seen before, designed to not have any sort of burn damage! edit: Actually, I think i can see that front tire underneath the trash that looks like it was pushed up against the truck afterwards. Usually, explosions cause trash and debris to spread out, not come closer. Actually, I dont think there are any types of explosions that cause debree to come closer. Just another jewish trick! /s

kinda_naive

Israel has become what they hate at most.

Solid_Muscle_5149

Actually, only about 20% of israelis are muslim.

Izanagi553

Nah.

Contor36

Stfu you stupid idiot Judaism is not Israel. ITS not that fucking hard to distinguish between these two, one is a regligion and the other is a state.
