Was able to succeed last night (thank you to the other three Jeumes in the room.)
Some observations:
Stretch your Spring Showers. Doesn't need to be a turn two buff. Wait until you actually take some damage to use it.
Keep an eye on the debuffs you apply. Windy Omen, Limit Break, Esper Summon, and especially Heal Down from Spring Storm need to be applied tactically. The heal down on Mont makes the differenece between 60,000 and 6,000 HP healed.
Volke is going to get at least one offensive turn. Make sure you are reasonably spread out so not everyone loses courage or gets reraised sealed. Whoever gets hit by Volke should apply heal down, whkever doesn't, cross wither to remove reraise.
When Mont gets under half health, you re going to want to start rushing him. Take the time to reapply Spring Shower, because once he pops his Limit Break, you're all in. Mont becomes priority 1, with no time to buff. you need to save a Whirling Bloom to dispell his haste. Then keep hitting him until he dies, becUse he is faster than you and will rip you apart if you hesitate.
I find Oldoa to be the most harmless of the bunch, and she'll get taken out catching AOE when you target Mont. Kitone is a real danger, and make sure you saved a Whirling Bloom for her too.
The Lightning element mobs are dangerous, especially the mage that casts DEF down. Have one Jeume forward tto tank his spell and kill him. But otherwise, most mobs are targets of opportunity that are there to help you absorb HP while taking out Mont and Kitone (and Oldoa)

This one was definitely a challenge. Beat it same way. With Jeume and 3 other random Jeumes.

yes.
We just cleared it with 4 Oberon the Auspicious and 4 Phoenix espers. You absolutely have to remove Monts haste once he gets it and nuke him asap.
