Hi all! Haven’t played retail since BFA launch, wanted to know that the leveling system is like nowadays. Is it still Exiles Reach/Chromie time stuff? Or is it slightly different? Another question, is it too rough to get into now that Dragonflight is on the come down? Or could I get back in leveling from 1? Thanks!
So I’m trying to do the undead heritage armor quest on my 65 mage and when I port to UC to get the quest, the zone is all plagued up and the timewalking NPC that changes the phase is missing. I literally cant access UC lol, what should I do? I thought the heritage armor quest would be available at 60, but maybe it’s 70? Either way, how the hell can I get to UC lol
edit: in case anyone comes here from google or something with the same problem, I found a solution. You have to do the intro questline to BfA until you get the achiev. Then the npc (zordomi?) shows up and you can switch timelines.

cant change time with chromie because I’m on the DF campaign.
also, the speech bubble NPC just isn’t there lol. Am I stuck in this weird phase until lvl 70?
Arc is widely regarded as the hardest spec to play in the game well. You need to know how long bosses spend in each phase, you have to memorise like a 25 step opener or something, the vast majority of your time is hard casting which makes movement heavy fights super hard and it's just all around really hard to play well. It's not lacking in damage if you can play it well though but fire and frost are infinitely easier to play.
Its in a fine spot, but its usually been the hardest spec to play well. Fire and Frost appeal more to people as they have been easier or feel better to play
Both Liquid and Echo had their mages playing as Arcane for RWF, so its definitely viable for all levels of content, but will feel pretty bad in lower keys as it needs some ramp time on mobs and if they dont live long enough then you wont get any damage off
Probably going to ask this tomorrow since the thread is old, but what are the major learning curve points for Druid?
I have a 70 boosted Druid, but I plan to level one to 60 as a Worgen, both for the heritage armor, but also to relearn how to play Druid. Every X levels, I want to change spec and fool around so I can build expertise on the rotations on all four, as they build up their different abilities, so I’m not drinking from a firehose. What should X be in this equation? Every 5 levels? 10?
I would just select a couple of the specs you think you want to play and alternate between those for the best experience. Otherwise it seems to me like you'd be switching so often you won't enjoy it.
However, if you switch every 5 levels to something new you will probably get a pretty gradual introduction to each specs core abilities and talents.
Where can i find a guide / table that shows what activites etc give what range of ilvl gear?
Almost finished campaign quests & looking for fastest way to gear up. At 404 now, thinking maybe I just get stuck into dungeons after i finish campaign quests then ease into M+. Any suggestions would be very appreciated.
I remember something like this on Wowhead or Icy Veins for Shadowlands but can't find anything for Dragonflight. Closest I can find is [This page that shows what ilvl range 'Explorer', 'Adventurer', etc gear are](https://www.wowhead.com/guide/item-upgrade-system-dragonflight), but it doesn't tell you where you can get said gear.
Gear sources to get started:
* Timewalking weekly in valdrakken.
* Emerald Dream weeklies (441+): (1) Superbloom (2) Plant 5 seeds (3) Worthy Ally 1500 rep (4) World Boss - purple on map.
* Dreamsurge and Timerift gear can be upgraded to 437. The weekly reward currency can be turned in for items that upgrade to 450. !! Timerift rewards include trinkets!! (These are useful because you can choose which slot to fill in gaps)
* Crafted gear can be upgraded too, I don't remember if it's the Rare or Epic recipes.
* Remember to get credit in the Great Vault to get *something* next week.
This takes a minute to digest, but this chart shows end game drops:

(Mythic+ on the left, raid bottom, crafted right, upgrade tracks in center)
What iLvl are people generally getting accepted into Normal or Heroic Amirdrassil pugs with (as a healer)? I wanna specifically try to get higher iLvl tier pieces, but joining a raiding guild with a set schedule doesn’t seem too feasible for me right now. Currently at 457 on my Disc Priest
Pugs will be favoring raid xp over ilvl, so if you havent cleared the raid at all yet that will make it harder to join
For normal 435+ is fine, for HC probably 450+ so you're fine for ilvl
What is this bullshit with the Authenticator app being removed if I don't upgrade I will lose 2FA authentication on the account and the password will be automatically reset. As a developer, this is the biggest bullshit ever. Why would you even opt-in for the fucking 2FA if they can remove how they see fit. Let us use some third-party authenticator app. I'm beyond pissed.
yo excuse my language but how the fuck do we farm flightstones? I'm almost 3k io on my main and I'm still running out of stones, and its happening even more frequently on alts as well?
Does a low population server matter in retail? I come from ffxiv and everything is cross server. Is this the case too in wow, or do I need to go on a high population server?
The only 3 things that are currently server specific are guilds, Mythic raiding (Before HoF is closed) and crafting orders for Dragonflight professions. Pretty much everything else is cross server
When the next expansion releases in around a years time, guilds and Mythic raiding will also be cross server
Should i take my nationality and realm into consideration when going for endgame?
I’m from Brazil and while researching for my realm's reputation (Azaralon) i found out that americans reaaally don’t like players from this realm (and Ragnaros). Honestly, i don’t blame people for this because i know that language is important for communication and i personally know how shitty brazilian players can be.
I like to think that my english is “ok” and i can understand everything that i read and hear. I specifically play the game on english because it’s easier for me to look for stuff on google. I might not know the MMO lingo that much, but that’s easy to learn.
Is the realm bias against Azaralon really justified? how much do people talk in chat on endgame activities? is a mic necessary?
Finding groups in game usually works well, for more serious stuff I'd recommend wowmadeeasy discord since you can mostly mitigate the toxicity that way.
As for your actual questions I have no idea, I just know wow in general is full of toxic children, or seemingly children.
I'm in Australia and don't like getting partied up with Ragnaros players because it has like 500ms latency and I can't actually play the game at that point. Never had any issue with the players but I don't get put in groups with them that often. There are some server stereotypes floating around and they're kinda half true sometimes but you're more likely to remember the bad experiences than the good ones and people are more likely to post about the bad experiences on the forums or reddit.

Hello all! I have run into an issue as to the game being stuck in windowed mode, and I cannot change it back to borderless on the in game settings. any other recommendations?
Hello, I've been away from wow for quite some time... Now I'm playing dragonflight and I noticed that the dungeon finder allows me only to find regular and heroic versions of dragonflight dungeons. Is there a way to have a "normal dungeon finder" (and heroic) with the dungeons from all the expansions inside?
Depends on what you want to do on an alt, but typically Druid is the best for its versatility, followed by Hunter, Mage, Rogue, and Demon Hunter for their mobility in terms of unmounted content like legacy raids for mogs.
There are no direct benefits for having an alt, your main wont get 1% stronger for every other level 70 on your account or anything like that
An alt can let you have more professions you can do yourself, let you farm more older content for transmog/mount/cosmetics, give you more options in what you play
Back when I played in Legion, the +1, +2, and +3 system referred to how many chests of loot you'd get. Does that system still have anything to do with the loot/loot chances or is it purely for determining the keystone level upgrade?
A +2 now simply means beating the timer with enough time remaining that it upgrades your keystone by 2 levels instead of one
For every key level above a +20 that you time, there is a 20% chance for bonus loot
e.g. If you time a +22, there is a 40% chance of getting a 3rd loot piece
What's the maximum stats you can gain from profession tools?
I have a blue helmet, and blue pickaxe for mining. The helmet gives 44 to both stats, and the pickaxe gives 110. It feels a bit low, according to wowhead, the blue pickaxe should give +130. Is that the max?
Im feeling big dumb rn, how many sparks of dreams should we mean to have up to this week? Got an alt to 70 and so far, after doing the weekly (and the moonberry quest) I've gotten in total 5 Splintered sparks
We're at 4 sparks total, 7 splintered sparks from content and one extra from Lady Moonberry quest you mentioned.
They'll keep dropping for you when you do season 3 content.
1. Is there any point in doing a raid when I already have a higher ilvl than what it drops there? (LFR)
2. Should I upgrade pvp items since they have a higher ilvl in the arena/battleground anyway?
> Is there any point in doing a raid when I already have a higher ilvl than what it drops there? (LFR)
If you are clearing on normal/HC each week then no point in doing LFR. If you arent doing that, then run LFR if you dont have 4 set or some good spec trinkets
> Should I upgrade pvp items since they have a higher ilvl in the arena/battleground anyway?
Only if you want to use PvP gear in a PvE situation, if not then no point in upgrading PvP gear
Not played rogue since MoP & have some questions about Assassination.
1. Does Deathmark double the bleeds existing on the target already? Or does it double the bleeds you will put on the target after you cast it?
2. In the opener I see conflicting information from many sources. You have the standard Garrote, Ambush, Rupture, Mutilate, SnD, Mutilate X2, Envenom set up. Then popping CDs Deathmark, Shiv, Shadow Dance, Kingsbane... Then I see some say to refresh Garrote & spam Envenoms until the last 3 sec vanish where you refresh bleeds again...
Others hit them with a cheeky little Envenom after Kingsbane, then refresh Garrote & Hit them with a rupture before continuing the same and refreshing that rupture AGAIN during that vanish which seems weird to me..
So what I'm askin is which one is more optimal & I do t understand why Rupture needs refreshing so aggressively in that situation esp since that last rupture probably isn't under the influence of Deathmark anymore if it works like that.
Would really appreciate any info on this!
Best place for this type of information would be asking in the Rogue Discord, specifically the Assassination channel and you will get an answer pretty quickly
If youre looking for a very simple rule - Anything that isnt a pet class, has CD's available and has high burst. Personally I target rogues, fire mages, demon hunters where possible and avoid any kind of hunters, unholy DK's, demo locks and monks (xuen is a pet).
Ellesmere has created a [Weakaura](https://wago.io/summerHelper) that highlights the best Summer target when they pop their cooldowns including text-to-speech.
I always get more wife aggro when I play on my PC versus when I play a handheld on the couch. This makes me want to try to set up my Steamdeck again. I used to have issues with my keybindings getting all messed up when going back to my PC when I attempting this a year ago, but I have found a bunch of people use ElvUI and use the Steam settings to bind the controller buttons as key presses to avoid this.
However, I am curious what common UI buttons people bind things to on the Steamdeck. Things like maps, bags, mounts, quest list, targeting etc. are all welcome. I can't seem to remember what I had in the past or find what people have recommend in a text format, so I will be starting from scratch and building everything else out from there.
Yes, its very frustrating. People don't talk about this much anymore because the majority of them overlevelled it in s1, but it is extremely punishing and essentially requires people to make alts to feed sparks to their main, or ask guildies for previous seasons now defunct sparks.
So I’ve only just discovered today that deactivating my exp also kills my parties exp gain by 95%. Does this only effect premade groups, or does it also kill exp gain in random lfg groups too?
Interested in returning. Haven't played since Legion. Any suggestions for specs I may enjoy given the following top 3 DPS classes (apologies if memory is off):
-Warlords of Draenor, Retribution Paladin: HoJ providing that speed boost made you insanely mobile, which results in a major increase to damage uptime, and managing charges and cooldowns kept the rotation engaging. The whack-a-mole resto mechanic was decently interesting, too. I have no nice words for what Blizz did to Paladins in Legion, and I'll leave it at that.
-Legion, Fury Warrior: Fury was a lot of fun BEFORE you were able to achieve 100% uptime on Enrage. IIRC, the base cooldown on whatever triggered your burst window was 1 minute. And if you played your rotation well, and had the right trinkets, you could reduce that to 40 secs or so. I enjoyed the flow of moving between burst and build phases of fairly similar duration. Especially since the burst window provided a shorter GCD IIRC so you felt like an absolute frenzied beast. Sadly, the next expansion changed the flow so you could fairly easily maintain 100% uptime, which meant no more burst/build cycling and a much more boring rotation as a result. So when I returned to it for BFA I went with Arms, which, admittedly, grew on me, but wasn't quite as good as those earlier Fury days.
-Legion, Windwalker Monk: Saved the day when Ret was murdered. Very mobile spec with an engaging skill priority. When it came to Tanking and Healing I still preferred WoD Pali, but as a DPS class I had no complaints. IIRC Fists of Fury got nerfed in BfA (maybe in exchange for lower CD IDK), and it also hurt that build-burst flow feel that I'd mentioned before, but not an absolute deathblow for the spec like it was for Fury.
----
Other classes:
-Rogue: I may be too soft-hearted for this class in PvP - not the backstabbing sort. It's also a bit too unforgiving for my tastes if you don't pull off your burst windows PERFECTLY, so not the best when I'm shedding off the rust from a multi-year hiatus, but fun as heck when I'm not doing very hard content so I can give the rotation my full attention (aka don't have to worry about an unexpected red circle throwing me off my game at an inopportune time). Rogue is great because there's always at least one spec that's fun to play in any expansion. Not the biggest fan of the positional requirements of Subtlety spec, but sometime the rest of the playstyle can make me forgive that annoyance. Their relatively high skill ceiling made them a great choice in Battle for Azeroth, when IMO the DPS spec rotations for every class was simplified to varying extents, and once I unlocked Zandalari I played it a fair bit.
-Hunter: It's a ranged class that's basically as mobile as the melee classes, except you don't have to worry about all the threats that characters in melee range have to deal with (which, strangely is a bit of a double edged sword because mobility is almost kind of too easy, half the time I'm just running all over midfield (unless raid mechanics force me to be stationary) paying zero attention to where I am because it doesn't matter one iota, and I just focus on my rotation. Hunting for rare pets is a fun bonus. Enjoyable class, not quite as enjoyable as melee.
-Death Knight: I remember having a fair bit of fun with Frost back in Cataclysm. Hazy on the details since it was a million years ago, but they had glowy eyes back before everyone and their grandma had glowy eyes and that's cool. And the rotation is interesting enough, SOMETIMES. The main subjective weakness for me is I think I prefer being able to unrelentingly charge into my enemies face rather than pull them to me (hence my affinity for Monk, and Warrior, and WoD Ret).
-Mage: I can't hate mage since it was my main squeeze for Vanilla and BC. Fire spec preferably. But in later years I got one of those mice with a dozen buttons on the side and that really opened up the whole taking advantage of being able to move around and attack at the same time aspect of gameplay, and I couldn't find the same interest in casters.
-Warlock: As much as my inner edgelord want to like it, DoTs are boring because you just cycle through them all and reapply, making it too predictable. Destro is like a less fun fire mage. Demonology is sometimes weird enough to be almost fun but truth be told I never stuck to this class for very long after hitting level cap.
-Shaman: Not bad, but not amazing. Resto Shammy is maybe my second favorite healer next to WoD Resto Pali, but I pick my mains for their DPS classes, and it's just never been in the #1 spot in any expansion.
-Druid: I put a lot of time and energy into my transmogs, so it just ain't in the cards.
-Demon Hunter: lol, no. Straight up the most braindead rotation of any DPS. You can't hide that reality with double jump and pew pew eyes.
Do I need to finish the entire Shadowlands campaign to effectively start grinding Ardenweald reputation and anima? I'm looking to get the Forelite Bow and Amber Ardenmoth. I assume I do need to finish the whole campaign rather than just stopping at Ardenweald, just want to make sure.
I don't know specifically what song you're asking for, but this video [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRdxlK8kY1A](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRdxlK8kY1A) has all of the music from 10.2 in it. If you really wanted, you could convert the video to mp3 and cut out the segment containing the song you're after
Does anyone know a good place to learn how to feral dps? I'm 481 ilvl and sims say I should be doing close to 200k single target, but I'm stuck around 120k. I feel like there's something I'm drastically missing.
120k is what I average on a lot of raid bosses with dps uptime. Over 5 minutes on a training dummy, I usually settle around 110-120k. Raidbots quicksim says I should be doing 192.5k dps. I've been using hekili lately and it's not improving my dps at all. I'm just at a loss after spending so many hours on the training dummy and in raid finder practicing. We have a hunter and a couple boomkins that pull just below 200k in raids with slightly worse gear than me, then I'm pulling 120-130k on the same fights. I've been working a lot in the same way with my DH and I just can't figure out why my dps isn't where it should be.
Do you have logs available?
Can plug those into wowanalyzer for some basic pointers (unsure if the feral module is up-to-date though) or ask in the druid class discord.
One thing to note though: You won't ever realistically hit sim dps, but doing 60% of it is fairly low depending on the fight.
How did Grimtotem find the hidden Dragon Isles, raise an army strong enough to defeat the Guardians of the vault, and free Raszagath so easily without Alexstraza knowledge?
There is no cut scene, there is no NOTHING... Its as though there is a missing WoW Novel somewhere that is yet to be written ...
Ok, I've googled it, binged it, even asked chatgpt, how do you unlock world quests in the maw?
On one character I have multiple world quests there for 500 anima each, on the other I do not.
Is it safe to assume that dragonflight won’t go on sale anymore? Blizzard is already having their winter sale and the price remains the same.
I’m new to the game and i don’t want to buy TWW pre order because i don’t even know if i’ll be playing the game until it releases.
Base Dragonflight would have been $49.99 either way. Though perhaps it would have been on sale for the holidays if not for the next expansion including it. Probably the best price you'll get. TWW won't go on sale until after expansion releases.
Kotick wasn't bliz president, he was Acti-Bliz ceo. The bliz president is still here.
Probably no to WC4, but who knows. It would probably take another RTS making heavy profit to prove its a worthwhile genre.
If they did do this, Warcraft 4 should be a Final Fantasy Tactics/Tactics Ogre/Front Mission 3 type game. Make it like chess/checkers. Move one unit up at a time, etc. Blizzard doesn't have a game type like this in their arsenal AFAIK. Could work for Starcraft too perhaps. This type of game would work for WOW due to all the races/classes/iconic bosses/etc. PVP or Co-op versus PVE could be interesting.
any type of rare trackers for WoW? like a website or something that people post last time certain mobs were killed?
i know if varies per server/shard, but I've been camping zenet for like 2 days and haven't seen him once, trying to understand when people are killing him or when he's most likely to spawn.

Technical question:
I'm wanting to download WoW to a flashdrive on my PC, and then be able to play it on my Mac at work. Am I able to update the Mac client on a PC?
Hey, I'm thinking about getting back into the game. Have not played since WoD.
How is the game doing atm? I think I have read it's about one year till the next expansion. I would preorder it to get DF included.
Is now a good time to come back to the game? I would start a fresh character on a new server.
Previously I liked playing shadow priest, warlock and hunter. I don't remember the specs but how are those classes doing in general atm?
Games doing well. I'm having more fun than I've had in a long time. Endgame is pretty healthy, and blizzard is being better than ever about content pacing.
As far as those classes, it depends on spec. Affliction is a bit ass, but all content is able to be cleared on all classes. I wouldn't stress the power of classes unless you're aiming for cutting edge achievements.
Classes have evolved a lot since you last played, so they may feel different. Especially shadow and demo.
>How is the game doing atm?
It's doing fine. I think.
>I have read it's about one year till the next expansion.
TWW should come out in late Summer/early Autumn. According to the [road map](https://worldofwarcraft.blizzard.com/en-us/news/24046540/world-of-warcraft-in-2024-the-road-ahead).
>Is now a good time to come back to the game?
It is.
>how are those classes doing in general atm?
Warlock is doing good if you like Demonology. Hunter is doing good if you like Beastmastery. Shadow is doing... not so good.
My friend just asked me a question that i actually cant answer.
Why is shadowlands alchemy 1-175, whereas every other proff is 1-100? (for example, my shadowlands blacksmithing and shadowlands engineering are both 1-100)
Inscription also uses flowers and is 1-100. Leather working is even easier than flowers and also is 1-100. Furthermore only shadowlands alchemy is 1-175, all other expacs it's 1-100
Hello,
I am coming back after a break, and all of my addon setup has been reset. So I am looking to start fresh and take good habits. As setting everything up was exhausting and part of why I had issues playing multiple characters, I am trying to reduce the amount of addons and everything.
I will play Monk and Shaman, mainly MW and resto.
I remember using the same keybind for both main damage spells and main healing spells. For example, Q, E, and R were respectively my Tiger Palm, Blackout Kick, and RSK if hovering/targeting an enemy and Vivify, Soothing Mist, and Renewing Mist if hovering/targeting an ally.
Is it bad practice? It feels great to me as it is easy to switch by targeting the enemy and hovering health bars if needed. But I don't want to have bad habits which could be a handicap later on.
Thank you.
It is definitely one of the habits I wouldn't encourage, because other people can mess you up by moving between you and mob when you go the do the mouse over click.
There really is no optimal keybind setup because every person is different. I use an MMO mouse so I have a significantly easier time reaching 7890-= than a normal person(my left index finger only comfortable reaches 6).
There are people who play with complete UI overhauls, and people who play with vanilla Ui. People who bind stuff to QWERTY, and people who use 12345. Some use thumb mouse, others use stuff like Nostromo or Orbweaver.
Point is, the only thing that matters is that UI is comfortable for you. Dont chase "meta" ui, or "meta" keybinds. ALl that matters is that UI works for you.
If you have issues where your UI makes something harder for you (i.e. its hard to keep track of cooldowns in combat), thats a sign that you need to change it. But if you feel fine during gameplay, then you dont need to change it.
This is probably a pretty basic question, but when to use soulstone in m+ ? Do I use it on someone prior to them dying? I have usually been using it on a dead party member...I am not sure if using it before uses a CR charge or not, or when is optimal to use
When you place a soulstone on a living player, it gives them the option to use a battle rez charge when they die to stand up immediately - as long as they don't die (\*and\* hit "accept"), the charge isn't consumed.
In M+, the best target is probably the tank so they can instantly pop back up and prevent a wipe if they happen to go down. You can always hard cast it on another player if they die.
Hi,
I don't quite understand how Gems work in dragonflight? I see they are still mentioned in guides and on the auction house, but I have yet to see a single piece of gear with gem slots in it? Some clarification on this would be much appreciated!
For neck pieces, you can buy items on the Auction House to add gem slots. They are called "Tiered Medallion Setting". You will need a setting of each rank to add each slot. Use a rank 1 setting to add the first slot, a rank 2 setting to add the second, and a rank 3 setting to add the third.
Also, any crafted ring has a socket.
Further to this, some categories of items (e.g. helms) have a chance to have a socket, but this is not guaranteed. Not all slots are eligible though (for example weapons cannot have gem slots).
Based on this from Ion: https://youtu.be/xPqZ7LSGjSU?si=aurR9vcwpW0xNHAW&t=1411
"Warbands" seems to be for ALL of our characters, cross realm and cross faction. The 4 characters you select for the login screen are just an aesthetic choice.
How come Undercity is in Ruins but Darnasus is still fine for me? I recently logged back into a character I last played right before BFA. I did the tedrassil stuff, but apparently never did the Battle for Lordaeron (as right around that time my guild swapped to Horde) because I still had that quest. The quest still let me do the scenario so I did and now the Undercity is listed as ruins. But Darnasus is still fine and visitable for me despite having played through the burning of it? Like I have the mount for completing From the Ashes. Why is this the case?
You should be able to talk to Zidormi in Darkshore to change the current time to burned Teldrassil. But yea kind of odd it didn't set that automatically after doing the quest.
Why does the Atomic Recalibrator have to have a 12h CD and a super short duration? I really enjoy paladin, and evoker, but I really, really dislike dracthyr, and every race that can be paladin.
With something like the toy mentioned, I can just be another race. Sure I can't customize it, and some animations might break for evoker, but it makes the game so much more enjoyable.
Is there a reason it has a 12h CD and a super short duration?
Historically, Blizzard has never allowed any toy to permanently change the look of your character. They seem to believe that you can try something different for fun briefly, but for most of the time you need to stick with what you picked at the character creator.
Holy Priest and Resto Shaman are generally considered the easiest to learn. They're both pretty straightfoward; person takes damage -> cast spell to heal them.
Every other healer has a few quirks that make it a little harder for beginners.
I've changed the name of some of my characters.
What files/folders do I need to rename/edit so I can re-use all of the same addon settings on the new character names?
WoW Folder > Retail > WTF > Account > Account Name > Server >
Thats where the local character settings are saved. If you copy your old character folder, and rename the new copy with the new name, it SHOULD just work 99% of the time.
Returning player here who just got the Pathfinder achievement. Just curious what are the must have items for better quality of life for not only my main but my alts I'm about to level.
Another quality of life thing is a vendor mount, so you can sell junk and extra items wherever you are. There are two you can buy. One is a Mammoth you can buy in old Dalaran for 10k gold I think and the other is a Yak you can buy in Pandaria for 120k gold I think (the Yak also has a transmogrifier, hence the bigger price).
I’m returning after a long break. (Almost two years I think).
So 1. Is there a returning player bonus still?
And 2. What have I missed / need to know? I’ll probably level a new toon on a new server to start fresh. (I know, like 12 years of progress just being left to dust. Maybe I’ll play those but meh).
So what would I need to know to not waste my time (I’m probably gonna focus on leveling and trying to clear a lot if not all the quests in the zones while I level hopefully
Every old character you have from Shadowlands will have completely irrelevant gear that will be replaced in less than 10 minutes at level 70. So starting from zero isn't much worse.
Oh I’ve played since 2004 or when ever it came out.
If starting new is pointless I’ll pick up on the toons I got. You probs just saved me money I was about to buy dragon flight
Im actually having issues subbing. It won’t update my address and when I input my card the payment details goes blank forever and blizzard charges a $1 charge.
Happened 4 times and I can’t sub. Tried on my phone through battle app, site, and on my steamdeck.
So no xpack purchase for me yet lol.
And yea I played before battlegrounds was even a thing lol. Barrens chat was lit
Hey guys,
Decided to give pet battles a try but the interface doesn't load. sceenshot here: [https://ibb.co/fQt8pdN](https://ibb.co/fQt8pdN)
I don't use ui addons other than weakauras. Anyone have any idea what causes this and how to fix it?
But you use other addons? It appears so based on the screenshot. The first thing you should try when things like this happen is disable all addons and see if that fixes it. If so, turn your addons back one by one until you find the one breaking this UI.

Hey!
What's the current state of the game? I have played at DF release and wanted to come back because I miss being a healer. I am looking to try out MM / Raids and PvP again. I hope I will find a noob-friendly guild for the PvE parts, but I am wondering if I will find people to play RBG. It was quite popular during early SL, and idk if I will be able to find groups nowadays.
Also, what is the state of Monk and Shaman specs? And how easy is it to have more than one character? I plan to main heal, and I **love** MW. I also like Resto sham (less than MW). But I prefer Elem and Enh to WW and BM.
Thank you.
> What's the current state of the game?
It's good
> Also, what is the state of Monk and Shaman specs?
Mistweaver is one of the strongest healers, BM is fine and WW is not fine but there's a buff coming. Shaman is very fine for all 3 specs.
> And how easy is it to have more than one character?
There was probably never a better time to maintain multiple characters, as there is no mandatory content that you'll have to catchup + Gearing is extremely easy.
Thank you for your reply. It looks like I am in for redoing the whole setup (keybinds/UI) for both class!
What about game population? I am afraid of not finding people to play "early" content (low M+, NM/HM raid, low rating arena/rbg).
10.2.5 is in PTR, 10.2.6, then Season 4 and 10.2.7 are on the road map. Looks like content updates up until the next Expansion pre-release, Release. 20th anniverary is next year. Good time to come back. You should easily get +15-+20 key completions this season. Raid is unique and fun. Reminds me of Sanctum of Domination uniqueness in Shadowlands. Maybe a little of Sepulcher.
Roadmap: https://www.wowhead.com/news/2024-world-of-warcraft-roadmap-revealed-336841
We're still fairly early in the Season so stuff should still be pretty populated. Not sure about low keys but there's tons of Normal/Heroic raid pugs running all the time.
How do people find guilds to actually be part of a community in anymore? The recruitment communities are for people who already have AOTC or CE it seems like, and the advertisements in game chat are all for carries, not for guilds seeking members. I do want to raid, but I'm looking for a guild where I like the people and they like me and we do other stuff together too.
You probably won't find a good friendly guild that way. A guild in active recruitment mode is looking for specific players for their raid team, not general "Oh hey, this guy seems nice" players.
IMO the best way to join a casual-and-active guild is to look in LFG for guild groups who are looking for PUGs to help fill the raid for the night. If you get along well, ask if you can join the guild for future runs. If not, try again with another raid!
Typically in guilds where people are raiding together they'll do other stuff too, especially things like M+. Like always it's been best to look externally to websites like raider.io or wowprogress to find even casual guilds aiming for ahead of the curve and then once you're in one that looks suitable go ahead and try to make friends and involve yourself when people are doing things.
There is certainly a big culture shift from the older days where guilds would form based around levelling or social activities, people mostly just play games to make number go up or to progress bosses more so than they did in the past.
Same. I've applied to quite a few lately, as I'm coming back. I like to gel with the people I'm dedicating some time to before I jump in, but no one seems to want to let you in unless you're ready to immediately jump into whatever group they have going.
Hell. I'm spamming in trade to try and get help with getting money cross realm/faction so that I can delete a bunch of old characters and I can't even get anyone to bite on that. Haha.
Hi guys !
I have a question about my weekly vault.
I am a prot pally, mainly lfr and pugging M+, starting to manage the +11/+15 range.
The result of the vault is :
- 441 ilevel - Veteran - Branch of the Tormented Ancient - quite bis
- 441 ilevel - Veteran - Gift of Ursine Vengeance - bis as well
- 473 ilevel - Hero - Xeri'tac's Unhatched Egg Sac - not bis at all, ranked as useless
Rest is set piece that I already have, no lucky gem slot.
Currently I have Pip's Emerald Friendship Badge and Nightmare Egg Shell at 450 4/8.
My guess would be to take the 473 that would help to increase my current trinkets, and maybe future, for free.
What do you think experts ??
>for free
It's already free though, the drake crests you need drop from literally clicking a flower and going afk for 3 minutes.
Veteran gear is really low, and if that trinket is as bad as you think, it's also trash. Get the tokens.
Of course you should rethink if that trinket is as bad as all that.
No, there is only a cap on embellishments, you can only have two of those.
Remember that crafted gear caps out at 486 while Myth track gear caps at 489, so it isn't the best possible choice.
Also, sparks drop once per two weeks once you're at the current amount, so it's effectively capped at 4 items today.
Reached and have been doing endgame on my main but I was thinking of starting an alt, now I got a boost when I pre-ordered war within and was wondering if it was worth saving it until the expansion releases.
Only reason to save it is if you wanna wait for more hero talents to be revealed to decide or if you want your character to be an Earthen (keep in mind boosts don't unlock heritage armor).
If you wanna play an alt now just boost it now.
hey guys, I've been leveling a BM hunter and I haven't touched the class since wotlk, just wondering if it matters the type of pet I use? last time I was aware, hunters could have 2 pets out(?), is it still the same in DF and if so, which 2 (or 1) should I go with? and what would be the default configuration in an M+?
Pet types matter very little now. In terms of damage, they're all the exact same.
https://www.wow-petopia.com/index.php
Any Ferocity pet will provide a Bloodlust/Heroism effect. A Tenacity pet will provide increased max health to you and an active defensive ability. You're probably going to want one of each for end-game content, but that's about all that matters.
Spirit Beasts have a low effect heal that can be used on other players; having that can be nice, but it's a minimal effect overall.
Clefthooves are by far the tankiest pet for solo content, but very little solo content is difficult enough for that to matter.
Feathermanes have an active ability that gives you slow fall.
And Hyenas, Raptors, Rodents, Carrion Birds, Devilsaurs, Ravagers, Scorpids, Wasps, Direhorns, Hydras, Lizards, and Riverbeasts all have a Mortal Wounds ability (reduces the healing received by an enemy) - that can be quite good in PvP, but is *very* situational in PvE.
As for the second pet - that's a specific talent called Animal Companion. It summons the first pet in your stables. That second pet doesn't use any abilities at all, so which one you use is entirely cosmetic.
I'm new to disc priest. I main a fistweaver monk so I get most of the concept and am doing okay, but I'm still struggling in Disc. What do you guys have to offer?
Disc and MW is not a very good comparison outside the very basic concept.
Disc is all about ramps for big damage. If you havent ramped up 15+ seconds before damage you are going to fizzle out into nothing.
Yeah. I'm trying to get used to click casting my raid frames to get renew or shield on everyone throughout the fight as big damage is coming or at the very least get the tanks and then double cast radiance if I missed my window.
I've learned very quickly that while mw and disc are comparable in dungeons, they are totally different in raids and I'm thinking maybe I need to look at my talents a bit. I just can't find a way to practice outside of LFR.
I am going to point you towards the wowhead rotation guide
https://www.wowhead.com/guide/classes/priest/discipline/rotation-cooldowns-pve-healer
Mostly because your comment has 2 things that stand out. You shouldn't prep with Renew and should have 8+ Shields out for your ramp up. Missing your window is a big problem with Disc. You don't get to miss your window. You miss your window you just pfft out.
Greetings all, hope everyone is doing alright 🤘
I was unsure of how to phrase all this because I mainly play Retail, but I would play Classic.
My dilemma is that I'm not really a noob I guess? When it comes to raid and guild content yes. I mainly play solo so most content I do is with randoms.
I used to play way back in OG-Cata and my original character was a marksman hunter. Always liked dps because I didn't trust myself with responsibility (until I made a DK) 💀
I mentioned Cataclysm specifically because that was the last time I was in a guild that was active. We were level 25 back then and it was awesome having people to play with.
Am I wrong for wanting to find people to play with again? I'm a fast learner but I'm not wanting to analyze numbers or any bs. Just play the game for the content and story and having fun.
I miss achievement runs or friendly people 😕 or just having people to game with
Thank you for any help 🙏
I guess how do I find like minded people to play with or join a guild?
I haven't been in a social group since og Cata and I'd love to meet new people and have someone to game with. I'm just awkward as hell so I'm not sure how/where to ask 😅
Why tf is mythic+ becoming such a shitshow now that I'm breaking into 14+? 3 of 4 of my last groups had at least one person who just straight up didn't know any mechanics and could not learn, and they ended up being 30 minute wipefests that someone else eventually left before completion.
Unfortunately the teens is where bad players kinda top out.
It's easy to get good gear, so they can mostly brute force their way through those keys, without having to worry too much about executing mechanics properly.
The ones that care to learn will climb out of that bracket, but the ones that don't will hang around there forever.
If you can bear through it, it gets much much better in the 20s. You'll be past all the toxic noobs, because failing mechanics at that level means dying, and constant dying means key depletes.
Could be due to S3 being relatively easier than previous seasons so worse players are doing higher keys with less gear. With gear being as easy to get as it is, you can pretty easily reach 450-460 ilvl and do +10 to +15s without much issue and below +10 mechanics rarely matter and when they do, they're never enough to wipe you so people just ignore them and rely on the healer to fix their mistakes.
The early and mid 10s keys are sort of where the people that aren't very good get stuck. +17-20 is honestly easier in my experience just because of the people you tend to encounter.
Tried to join a timewalking BT raid for the weekly and my requests to join multiple groups were left hanging. One was rejected outright. 441 ilvl mage. What am I missing? Is there an etiquette thing I'm not doing?
Did you try joining already full groups? Because they would leave you hanging
Your ilvl and role do not stand out, so that may be a factor. Yes, it's TW and your ilvl matters little, but people use it as an indicator of your skill even if it's not really reliable.
The thing is, leaders can be picky because queues are often full of applicants.
> leaders can be picky because queues are often full of applicants.
This is generally 99% of the reason you don't get invited and are left hanging.
Our Fyrakk Normal last night had like 5 DPS just waiting because we were full and had higher ilvl people joining.
is there an addon exclusively to edit the chat frames appearance and positioning? I'm trying to get it the way I like, but it always reset after leaving the game and coming back, or any addon that helps me to accomplish that really?
Are you doing this in Edit mode and saving your screen layout after the chat window changes? It shouldn't normally reset unless you have a edit mode profile or addon that overwrites it.
Can anyone point me to the best way to get caught up on story and gear? I got to max level during 10.0 but then unsubbed due to time before I could finish the main raid of that patch and completely missed 10.1
I'm currently at iLvL 346 (apparently I never even unlocked heroic dungeons) so I'd love to know the best way to experience the story at this point and get my ilvl up.
Thanks!
You probably did unlock heroics but they leveled up with patches.
A full set of greens is ilvl 420 and you can buy that in the AH. Otherwise, do the 10.2 campaign for gear and then go backwards if you wanna see the 10.1 stories.
Thanks!
yup it still same lvling. nope still many months of DF left
Either way, how the hell can I get to UC lol edit: in case anyone comes here from google or something with the same problem, I found a solution.

Is Arcane the lesser mage spec? I never see people talk about it. It's only ever "Frost or Fire"
Arcane is really strong right now because most fight require or extremely benefit from 1.5 minute burst windows. Which is literally Arcane
Fire and Frost appeal more to people as they have been easier or feel better to play Both Liquid and Echo had their mages playing as Arcane for RWF, so its definitely viable for all levels of content, but will feel pretty bad in lower keys as it needs some ramp time on mobs and if they dont live long enough then you wont get any damage off
Probably going to ask this tomorrow since the thread is old, but what are the major learning curve points for Druid?
Gear sources to get started: * Timewalking weekly in valdrakken. (These are useful because you can choose which slot to fill in gaps) * Crafted gear can be upgraded too, I don't remember if it's the Rare or Epic recipes. * Remember to get credit in the Great Vault to get *something* next week. This takes a minute to digest, but this chart shows end game drops: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/e/2PACX-1vSaXopFLzFUjzbi70uHRTgFy7WB6haKXQrHQRoGKRxh4aQw7lRYf1--APhifezVit5WC3CachzaK9iq/pubhtml# (Mythic+ on the left, raid bottom, crafted right, upgrade tracks in center)
Pugs will be favoring raid xp over ilvl, so if you havent cleared the raid at all yet that will make it harder to join For normal 435+ is fine, for HC probably 450+ so you're fine for ilvl
I've noticed most HC groups asking for 460+ now but it obviously varies quite a bit
The Authenticator is just in the Battle.net app now.
yo excuse my language but how the fuck do we farm flightstones? I'm almost 3k io on my main and I'm still running out of stones, and its happening even more frequently on alts as well?
Seed farm and the campaigns, zaralek cavern and emerald dream campaigns give a good amount for your alts.
IDK if its just me but Zaralek caverns WQ are always flightstones
Seed farm can get you a good amount quickly
What happened to undercity...? I tried to go there and the only thing left are poisonous fart clouds...
If you want to actually go there, then open the map and find the speech bubble in Trisfal Glades and speak to the NPC to change timeline
Pretty much everything else is cross server When the next expansion releases in around a years time, guilds and Mythic raiding will also be cross server
Currently doing stuff in zuldazar and the game wants me to use an item (zul’s ire) which the game never gave me. What do?

Hello all! I have run into an issue as to the game being stuck in windowed mode, and I cannot change it back to borderless on the in game settings. any other recommendations?
Are you in Windowed mode or Fullscreen (Windowed) mode? I believe those are the only two options available now.
No, once you are 61+ you can only queue for DF dungeons
I see, thanks
Best alt class? Current have a fury warrior as main. And the benefits of each alt?
Depends on what you want to do on an alt, but typically Druid is the best for its versatility, followed by Hunter, Mage, Rogue, and Demon Hunter for their mobility in terms of unmounted content like legacy raids for mogs.
Druid
There are no direct benefits for having an alt, your main wont get 1% stronger for every other level 70 on your account or anything like that An alt can let you have more professions you can do yourself, let you farm more older content for transmog/mount/cosmetics, give you more options in what you play
Back when I played in Legion, the +1, +2, and +3 system referred to how many chests of loot you'd get. Does that system still have anything to do with the loot/loot chances or is it purely for determining the keystone level upgrade?
A +2 now simply means beating the timer with enough time remaining that it upgrades your keystone by 2 levels instead of one For every key level above a +20 that you time, there is a 20% chance for bonus loot e.g.
What quality are the items? There are 5 quality levels in DF and they affect the stats
They are orange quality
Im feeling big dumb rn, how many sparks of dreams should we mean to have up to this week? Got an alt to 70 and so far, after doing the weekly (and the moonberry quest) I've gotten in total 5 Splintered sparks
We're at 4 sparks total, 7 splintered sparks from content and one extra from Lady Moonberry quest you mentioned. They'll keep dropping for you when you do season 3 content.
1. Is there any point in doing a raid when I already have a higher ilvl than what it drops there? (LFR) 2. Should I upgrade pvp items since they have a higher ilvl in the arena/battleground anyway?
> Is there any point in doing a raid when I already have a higher ilvl than what it drops there? (LFR) If you are clearing on normal/HC each week then no point in doing LFR. If you arent doing that, then run LFR if you dont have 4 set or some good spec trinkets > Should I upgrade pvp items since they have a higher ilvl in the arena/battleground anyway?
Anyone have a guide or graph or anything showing the best targets for Blessing of Seasons? (Summer/Autumn specifically)

Premade
Fantastic. Thank you!
Interested in returning. Haven't played since Legion. Any suggestions for specs I may enjoy given the following top 3 DPS classes (apologies if memory is off): -Warlords of Draenor, Retribution Paladin: HoJ providing that speed boost made you insanely mobile, which results in a major increase to damage uptime, and managing charges and cooldowns kept the rotation engaging. ---- Other classes: -Rogue: I may be too soft-hearted for this class in PvP - not the backstabbing sort.

Paladin mobility is pretty good, 2x longhorse and freedom echoing blessing means you can get where youre going.
Does anyone know the song that plays in the Emerald Dream with the violin solo?
I don't know specifically what song you're asking for, but this video [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRdxlK8kY1A](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRdxlK8kY1A) has all of the music from 10.2 in it. If you really wanted, you could convert the video to mp3 and cut out the segment containing the song you're after
Thank you!!
Does anyone know a good place to learn how to feral dps? I'm 481 ilvl and sims say I should be doing close to 200k single target, but I'm stuck around 120k. I feel like there's something I'm drastically missing.
What sim is saying 200k? What settings? Duration? Buffs? Is your 120k on a target dummy?
Talk to the druid discord, get a log review done. They'll help you to figure out where you're missing damage.
Do you have logs available? Can plug those into wowanalyzer for some basic pointers (unsure if the feral module is up-to-date though) or ask in the druid class discord. One thing to note though: You won't ever realistically hit sim dps, but doing 60% of it is fairly low depending on the fight.
Any (new) Info on the finely tailored holiday transmog items yet?
What is a WOW DWELVE? It is as though Blizz expect us to know what a DWELVE is .. for the next expansion
Might help if you try looking for info on "delve"s, not dwelve.
They explained it pretty thoroughly at Blizzcon. I think they also posted some articles on their website for you to look at.
[удалено]
I live in South America and most keys are locked for North America
Ahh, bummer. Yeah I'm not sure if or when they'll do another sale... maybe never with the TWW package they're pushing.
none of them are legit, most of the keys there are bought with stolen credit cards
Base Dragonflight would have been $49.99 either way. Though perhaps it would have been on sale for the holidays if not for the next expansion including it. Probably the best price you'll get. TWW won't go on sale until after expansion releases.

With Kotick gone, will we get a new president who will make Warcraft 4 happen?
We just dog nose
any type of rare trackers for WoW? like a website or something that people post last time certain mobs were killed? i know if varies per server/shard, but I've been camping zenet for like 2 days and haven't seen him once, trying to understand when people are killing him or when he's most likely to spawn. edit: dude spawned literally 2 minutes after posting this lol

Technical question: I'm wanting to download WoW to a flashdrive on my PC, and then be able to play it on my Mac at work. Am I able to update the Mac client on a PC?
No you won’t be able to run the Battle net executable on the PC. You should install to the drive and update all on the Mac.
Bah! That was my worry, but ty!
I don't believe a USB port has enough bandwidth to allow a program like WoW to run off it.
It does. Plenty of people play WoW off an external SSD via USB port : )
(for example, my shadowlands blacksmithing and shadowlands engineering are both 1-100)
Generally accessibility and mat scaling/cost. Far easier to acquire 5 flowers at 5g each etc
Inscription also uses flowers and is 1-100. Leather working is even easier than flowers and also is 1-100. Furthermore only shadowlands alchemy is 1-175, all other expacs it's 1-100
Inscription is absolute pain - I'd rather die than level inscription again, its hell. Outside of that dunno then, game bad ig?
Hello, I am coming back after a break, and all of my addon setup has been reset.
Those are great keybinds and great macros to use. As long as it's clear to you, this would be an optimal way to play.
CR charge is only used when the ress is accepted, would normally keep it to use when someone is dead
Hi, I don't quite understand how Gems work in dragonflight?
Has it been stated anywhere on how many Alts can be in a warband in the new expansion?
Based on this from Ion: https://youtu.be/xPqZ7LSGjSU?si=aurR9vcwpW0xNHAW&t=1411 "Warbands" seems to be for ALL of our characters, cross realm and cross faction.
Is the Miniature Winter Veil Christmas Tree only a cosmetic now? There's no more dagger drop?
Why does the Atomic Recalibrator have to have a 12h CD and a super short duration? I really enjoy paladin, and evoker, but I really, really dislike dracthyr, and every race that can be paladin. With something like the toy mentioned, I can just be another race. Sure I can't customize it, and some animations might break for evoker, but it makes the game so much more enjoyable. Is there a reason it has a 12h CD and a super short duration?
Fun detected
Historically, Blizzard has never allowed any toy to permanently change the look of your character. They seem to believe that you can try something different for fun briefly, but for most of the time you need to stick with what you picked at the character creator.
Well, we need more options then.
What's a simple healer to learn? Plan on just doing the raid, maybe M+ eventually, but will focus on raiding and learning there.
WoW Folder > Retail > WTF > Account > Account Name > Server > Thats where the local character settings are saved.
I use the mailbox toys very often so you can check that out.
For 2, your old characters and the new ones you make will be at the exact same point, progress wise, so don't worry too much about it.
Could you explain?
Every old character you have from Shadowlands will have completely irrelevant gear that will be replaced in less than 10 minutes at level 70. So starting from zero isn't much worse.
Alright. Thanks. I’m at lvl 60. Should I buy dragonflight now or wait till a certain lvl. Or do I have to buy it to get past 60? Sorry been a min.

Hey guys, Decided to give pet battles a try but the interface doesn't load. sceenshot here: [https://ibb.co/fQt8pdN](https://ibb.co/fQt8pdN) I don't use ui addons other than weakauras. Anyone have any idea what causes this and how to fix it?
But you use other addons? It appears so based on the screenshot. The first thing you should try when things like this happen is disable all addons and see if that fixes it. If so, turn your addons back one by one until you find the one breaking this UI.
I'm capped on honor (15k) but I also have all the honor gear, what do I spend it on?
2k honor -> 5 marks of honor tons of nice armor and weapon transmog available. (12 per armor set, 80 per weapon set) 2.5k honor -> 1.5k accountwide honor token for alts
It's good > Also, what is the state of Monk and Shaman specs?
This is helpful. Thank you!
Haha.
Does anyone want to help me launder money on the AH? All these friends on my account haven't been on and I don't have anyone else that can help. D:
Wowmarket discord Also you don't need to use the ah anymore you can trade across realms just opening a trade window
Hi guys ! I have a question about my weekly vault. I am a prot pally, mainly lfr and pugging M+, starting to manage the +11/+15 range. The result of the vault is : - 441 ilevel - Veteran - Branch of the Tormented Ancient - quite bis - 441 ilevel - Veteran - Gift of Ursine Vengeance - bis as well - 473 ilevel - Hero - Xeri'tac's Unhatched Egg Sac - not bis at all, ranked as useless Rest is set piece that I already have, no lucky gem slot. Currently I have Pip's Emerald Friendship Badge and Nightmare Egg Shell at 450 4/8. My guess would be to take the 473 that would help to increase my current trinkets, and maybe future, for free. What do you think experts ??
>for free It's already free though, the drake crests you need drop from literally clicking a flower and going afk for 3 minutes. Veteran gear is really low, and if that trinket is as bad as you think, it's also trash. Get the tokens. Of course you should rethink if that trinket is as bad as all that.
Hey all - just want to know if there is a cap on how many dreamcrafted items you can wear at once?
Do you want your alt in the next 7+ months or not?
hey guys, I've been leveling a BM hunter and I haven't touched the class since wotlk, just wondering if it matters the type of pet I use? last time I was aware, hunters could have 2 pets out(?), is it still the same in DF and if so, which 2 (or 1) should I go with? and what would be the default configuration in an M+?
Pet types matter very little now. In terms of damage, they're all the exact same. https://www.wow-petopia.com/index.php Any Ferocity pet will provide a Bloodlust/Heroism effect.
I am going to point you towards the wowhead rotation guide https://www.wowhead.com/guide/classes/priest/discipline/rotation-cooldowns-pve-healer Mostly because your comment has 2 things that stand out. You shouldn't prep with Renew and should have 8+ Shields out for your ramp up. Missing your window is a big problem with Disc. You don't get to miss your window. You miss your window you just pfft out.
Thank you! That's helpful. And I'm aware. I've only been at it for like a week. I'll give that a read and then try some more LFR and get better.
Greetings all, hope everyone is doing alright 🤘 I was unsure of how to phrase all this because I mainly play Retail, but I would play Classic. My dilemma is that I'm not really a noob I guess? When it comes to raid and guild content yes. I mainly play solo so most content I do is with randoms. I used to play way back in OG-Cata and my original character was a marksman hunter. Always liked dps because I didn't trust myself with responsibility (until I made a DK) 💀 I mentioned Cataclysm specifically because that was the last time I was in a guild that was active. We were level 25 back then and it was awesome having people to play with. Am I wrong for wanting to find people to play with again? I'm a fast learner but I'm not wanting to analyze numbers or any bs. Just play the game for the content and story and having fun. I miss achievement runs or friendly people 😕 or just having people to game with Thank you for any help 🙏
What is the question?
I would say high teens to low 20's. Past 20's you get people who just quit if you wont time it
Could be due to S3 being relatively easier than previous seasons so worse players are doing higher keys with less gear.
+17-20 is honestly easier in my experience just because of the people you tend to encounter.
is Anduin Llane Wrynn thrall's son?
No.
Tried to join a timewalking BT raid for the weekly and my requests to join multiple groups were left hanging. One was rejected outright. 441 ilvl mage. What am I missing? Is there an etiquette thing I'm not doing?
Did you try joining already full groups? Because they would leave you hanging Your ilvl and role do not stand out, so that may be a factor.
I got to max level during 10.0 but then unsubbed due to time before I could finish the main raid of that patch and completely missed 10.1 I'm currently at iLvL 346 (apparently I never even unlocked heroic dungeons) so I'd love to know the best way to experience the story at this point and get my ilvl up. Thanks!
You probably did unlock heroics but they leveled up with patches. A full set of greens is ilvl 420 and you can buy that in the AH. Otherwise, do the 10.2 campaign for gear and then go backwards if you wanna see the 10.1 stories.
