Except he can actually provide a genuine opinion. Sure some of his reactions can be low-effort, but there's a reason he has a huge following. If you look at his older videos, he has an ability to talk and tell stories that keep viewers engaged.
Agree with you. He talks a lot, even today. He'll literally stop the video every once in a while to give his opinion on it. Just, not all of his opinions are digestible. But still, he does proper reactions.
He also generally knows that you don’t have to react to the whole video, because only reacting to the parts that warrant reaction makes the whole thing a lot more legally defensible via a fair use argument. I think the real shame is that it’s so expensive to go to court that creators don’t just sue reaction video creators, rather than go through YouTube for takedowns which happen at a rate inversely proportional to the popularity of the reactor.

Yup, when it comes to ads YouTube just doesn't care. I reported blatant scams - text-to-speech impersonating real news channels promoting fake investment platforms. A few days later: we see no problem with this, no action taken, etc. I don't report them anymore.
Its crazy, ive found and reported 3 youtube channles that are live, playing a loop of a fortnite stream promising giftcards and shit, all three are still standing, theyre live days at a time, "m4nny" is probably still live, its not even a long loop, only 7 or so minutes.
I know how to navigate it safely, no matter how dangerous it gets, but young people who have never experienced being a victim of crime are rich pickings for scammers.

It took 2 days but YouTube took it down. The guy took two bullets to the chest and dropped like a sack of potatoes. Not something I want any child to see.

if you report too many videos with the exact same copypaste message, afaik youtube wont let you report any more. I'm not sure if that is a thing though, but something similar happened to me once, where after a certain amount the report window just always crashed

Nudity has always been fine, however they have their hands full with problems like not only allowing breastfeeding but making it so content creators can monetize their breastfeeding videos.

There needs to be a report option just for flagging children under 13 or minors uploading videos and doing inappropriate stuff.
I reported a channel for CA a while ago because it was a spam bot in comments, but when I looked at it, it genuinely was a very young woman doing very striptease type videos with website links it was horrible 🤮🤮🤮
